Same as always, constantly okay and vaguely tasty. New frosty syrups and mix-ins make some interesting combinations.

Absolutely the worst run restaurant around. I am not exaggerating when I say every single visit results in an issue. They either get the order incorrect, or the wait for food is easily 10 mins or more and still wrong. Tragic how bad this place is and I can no longer give them the benefit of the doubt and will not return.

Their menu for breakfast ends earlier than the posted time because their internal computers are not in sync with standard time. And they will not even serve breakfast 1 minute beyond “their internal time” even if the actual time is 5-10mins before breakfast ends. They should adjust their advertising to reflect “their system time” and change their hours.

Says open to midnight. Actually closed at 10.15pm. 4 Employees just sitting on lobby. Cars driving off from ordering at drive thru....

Placed a mobile order at 8am then got stuck in traffic for 15-20 mins. When I pulled up the place was empty, no drive thru line, but he told me he still had to cook my food and I had to wait. Not a single customer in sight so I know it wasn’t busy. I had to wait another 20 minutes and it wasn’t even warm!
However I did only see the one guy, and if he was the only one working I have a bit more sympathy. This location should hire more people or schedule better for the mornings. And look into customer service training.

We went in the lobby, waited for about 10 minutes for no service or greeting. Employees made eye contact with us several times to just ignore us. After about 10 minutes we decided to leave and young female with curly hair walked up to the front register and rudely said “that’s crazy, they’re leaving.” Won’t be back.

In the last 10 times I've been, about three of them have had something wrong with the order. The food was always fresh and well made, just not what I asked for. I still love Wendy's and will be back just some food for thought if anyone is on the fence

I just wanted to give a shout out to Ashley & her staff this evening (10/25/24) at the Wendy's in Hickory Flat. Today is my son's 5th birthday & he chose to go to Wendy's for dinner. He told Ashley it was his birthday and she & the rest of the staff went over & beyond to make him feel special. They brought out a tray filled with toys, cookies, and frosties for the whole family and even hid a dollar bill under the toys - that made his day! They even sang to him! Thank you for your amazing customer service this evening and making my boy feel so special on his birthday!

Kid-friendliness: Ashley always makes my kids feel special when she sees them.
