WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

I was excited to try this restaurant for the first time but as soon as a put in a delivery order online and paid the bill I received a message that the order was cancelled and I'll receive a refund in 3 days. If this restaurant doesn't want to do delivery orders then there shouldn't be an option to place a delivery order.

Great burgers. Love the sandwiches. Awesome variety. Unfortunately, they're a little dodgy when it comes to their hours. I've been there three times (including tonight) where they still had 30 mins till close and they were already all locked up. I hope they can get that figured out.

I am a usual customer of this restaurant and always get the wings. Never had a bad experience. Until today. I ordered my usual and not only did they get the flavor wrong, the wings are no longer large and meaty. They also keep losing register people. So disappointed at the quality of food now. Probably won’t go back anymore .

Lemon pepper and hot’yaki wings are so good!!! Philly too. So far so good here.

I use to love this place food is good but the last couple of times I have been there they are adding in a tip to my order. Just last night they added 10 buck to my total for a tip. Some people might not agree but if I have to stand up and order my food then pick it up and fill my own drink then I don't think you need a tip.

. Extra 50 cents for extra wet ? No football on the TV ? Ridiculous ! Good wings , fries ok . Pretty pricey lunch !

Much higher rating on DoorDash and glad I trusted it. Great wings: lemon pepper, Carolina Gold and Nashville Hot. Okra was also good.

We had the impossible burger, wings and fried rice, cauliflower wings and a not closed on Sunday. The not closed on Sunday was the only one that disappointed, it was two small strips. Other than that everything was good. Clean restrooms is a plus!
