After giving my order to the wrong people, they then proceeded to forget 1 of the 4 items and also gave the wrong sauces.
Gotta get a better procedure in place.

Normally I do not have an issue with this location. However, after the past two times of being met with eye rolls, huffing, and now being yelled at over asking for a ranch packet, I believe something needs to be said. The employee “America” needs to have better customer service skills and more kindness. After all she does work in the customer service industry.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. As you can tell from my receipt, they listed No Dressing for my salad but then charged separately for the dressings that should have been free with my salad…very shady! Also, as you can tell from the receipt, we did not order a lot of food or anything complicated, yet I was asked to pull forward in the drive-thru line when there were no cars waiting behind me and then continued to sit there another 12 mins. This location will not be receiving any more of my business.

Stopped by Zaxby's and had an amazing experience! Cielo was super friendly and made sure everything was spot on. The chicken fingers were delicious and crispy! Great service and good vibes all around. I'll definitely be back!
