I absolutely love this Zaxby’s location! Samantha is always incredibly friendly and helpful, and her customer service truly stands out. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and top-notch every single visit. The restaurant has a great atmosphere—clean, welcoming, and well-run. This is easily one of the best Zaxby’s locations around. Highly recommend!

Samantha is awesome! Every time I come to Zaxby’s she’s friendly, quick, and makes sure everything is right with my order. She always has a smile and makes the experience better. It’s nice to see someone who really cares about the customers

Used to love Zaxby's, but the food quality of food has really declined at this location over the past few years. Most recently, fries are consistently coming with almost no seasoning and are often soggy and undercooked. I started ordering extra seasoning, but just get a little container with some seasoning, which is useless because it doesn't stick to the fries at all. This must be a new management policy to cheap out on seasoning because it happens every time no matter what day/time or what employees are working. Other locations don't seem to have this issue. Employees are not to blame, since clearly they've been instructed by higher-ups to do this. Also, this location doesn't seem to accept mobile orders despite charging them to my card.

Love Zaxbys and this location, just sometimes I feel like I’m get undersold what I ordered. Like sometimes I order extra seasoning for my fries and I never get any seasoning at all or the sauce I order for my wing is a completely different sauce… I know mistakes happen and it doesn’t really ever bother me but I can say I have been mad once or twice from getting the wrong sauce lol

I live down the street from this establishment and they have delivered nothing but spectacular service, food, and kindness, and the staff is great, and manager I think her name is Shelby, all always have such an eccentric personality! They are definitely the best in the business!!

I absolutely love this place! I was visiting family from the area when they took me to Zaxbys for the first time! It was clean, the food was fresh and tasted great, plus the workers were really helpful when I didn’t know what to order. All together I really enjoyed my experience and I’m definitely coming back soon!!!

Food was amazing and fresh, chicken was hot and juicy, the people up front had very nice attitude and were respectful! The lemonade was my favorite out of all restaurants I had in the area! Definitely coming back again!
