Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food is consistently good at this location, with helpful staff. If you dine-in I reccomend bringing earbuds if you don't want to listen to religious music. Sure, some are fine with it but I know a handful of people who won't dine-in because of this.

Dried out, chewy, cold chicken fingers. French fries were nasty and old. Salad veggies were not fresh. Texas toast was as hard as a brick and cut sloppy. Never ordering from this location again. Worse Zaxby's experience to date.

This is the second time in a row I’ve had an issue here, I literally ordered boneless wings n things and asked for nuclear on the wings and HHM on the fingers and both came out with no sauce. And clearly weren’t fresh at all. Terrible for the price . Other locations are much better

Went in to place an order, ignored for 10min. Watched the cook in the back blow his nose and went right back to cooking and never washed his hands. Pass!!! Will not visit again

We arrived at the drive-thru around 8:30pm. I sat in line for about 10 minutes and then decided to back up and go inside, which was a bigger mistake. I ended up leaving close to 9pm. Now yes, it's my fault that I waited, however in my defense, I really like Zaxbys and I was very hungry. So I get home, excited to enjoy my favorite sandwich ( kickin chicken) and it was completely dry and only had a few fries. Very disappointed.... this has been become a normal experience at this location.

There are many places to eat for myself and family but I go to this zaxbys 2xs a day for my sweet teas. I wanted to spotlight an employee that goes above and beyond to help. Her name is Arlheya
She always has a smile on her face and is so warm and welcoming! Like I mentioned I'm there minimum 2xs a day bc I'm obsessed with your sweet tea. I don't know if you give bonus 's or raises based on merit but she deserves both. She is an asset to your restaurant 10 stars

Young people working playing games at the drive through taking order and dragging out acting like special person to be funny you hear everyone laughing and then she started laughing we will never come back to this location playing pranks . One day they will come across wrong people worst place I ever been .

So I order a 2 meals 1 for me 1 for my son I have a zaxbys gift card in 1 hand and 20 in the other I explanin to cashier use the card for total balance on the card of 25, and take the 20 to make up the shortage of 5 bucks the cashier takes the 20 and the card, comes back to hand me a card and my food I said what happened the girl said what ? She said you now have 18 dollars on the card . I kindly told her to ge the manager who turned out to be even worse than the cashier . She yelled at me and told me I need to explain to these kids exactly what I need. I told her I did and she got pretty nasty with me I hope corporate reads this, because I'm not 1 to file a complaint... but she looked like she crawled out of a sewer her clothes looked filthy to be dealing with customers as a manger. hopefully not handling food. I understand they wear many hats as a manager, and i also understsnd dealing with angry people sucks , but she flat out shouldnt be a manager because she was nasty attitude and was the absolute most rude human I've dealt with iin years

This Hispanic lady at the window was very rude when I asked for an extra sauce. She told me in a ver rude tone “you should have asked for the extra sauce at the mic when I was ordering” like was it really that deep that I asked for a ranch sauce at the window? Are you telling me no one has ever asked for an extra sauce at the window?. I don’t know her name but I know she was working at 2:22 so maybe the afternoon shift. It was just very rude to me in my opinion. Like is it really hurting you that I asked for an extra ranch sauce. I know she had glasses and that’s all.

We are here visiting family and my husband and I stopped for a late lunch. The atmosphere at this location was warm and inviting. Lacey took our order and was so pleasant. As we dined in, we noticed Christian music playing. We were looking online to read more about Zaxby’s and Victor walked by as he was sweeping the dining room. We asked him and he told us the owner of this franchise is Christian and has this music playing all the time. How refreshing to be reminded of God’s blessings after my husband and I had been discussing how blessed we are. Victor took our to-go order and was very knowledgable of the menu and nutrition facts.
All staff and management we encountered were nice and I wish I could name them all but for sure had to give a shoutout to Lacey and Victor.
You have an awesome store and we will be back!
