Disgusting undercooked and overcooked food. Sweet tea was like drinking syrup. Not the first experience like this at this location. Horrible all around for the cost. And didn't get what I ordered.

Horrible. I’ve had bad experiences here before but nothing like this. Apparently they mistook us for somebody there earlier in the day or whatever. During placing the order at the drive thru, the guy started saying to a coworker “is this the one you with arguing with earlier?” Twice he asked them that. Then a girl came on in a condescending, smart-ass voice saying “Heyyyyy Barbie”. I’m in the passenger so I speak up that they’ve got the wrong person. They go silent and switch to another girl who tries to cover for them saying oh they didn’t know their headset was still on and were talking to someone else or something like that. Basically they just stuck with the story they weren’t trying to be rude or whatever but the whole thing made no sense. The tones were ridiculous. Ended up throwing the food away cause I figured they probably messed with it. Luckily it was just one item. Pay attention to all the other bad reviews. This is the worst excuse for a Zaxbys there is. Never again.
