Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Got out of the drive thru with half my order. But paid for all of it. I would be more bothered if it wasn't the same story at every eatery at that 4way. I give up. More and more money for just crap food from teens that know wrong from right and do not care.

If i could do zero stars across the board i would we orderd 10 piece lemon pepper wings and a 5 piece lemon pepper meal comes to a little over $38 chicken was all the way pink in the middle in soggy on the outside i will never visit this zaxbys again its really not that hard to fry chicken wings and the store wasnt even busy

Good food. The staff is so much better, helpful and accommodating than the Zaxby's on Cumming Hwy. They're very friendly and I will always go to this Zaxby's over the Cumming Hwy location.

Customer comes second at this establishment as “coworkers/management” who weren’t working were giving priority ordering in line during the busy lunch hour. Pretty rude considering paying customers are waiting for your whole family to order and receive 100% discount on your food. No apology either with the clear jumping to the front of the line. Thank goodness for the chicken establishment across the street for the other 6 days of the week.

Stopped in recently for salads for the family, through the drive through.
Order was repeated a couple times. Not all requests were taken care of.
The staff at the window should be a bit more personable. When handing the food out the window.. it would be nice to look at the customer.. almost dropped my bag of food and didn't respond when I said thank you and have a good day. Take the time to improve customer service.. that drives customers and business.

I just went thru and order a salad and fried pickles. Never come- got barely 1 tender on my salad to eat. So bad and cold

That’s right! You see it! 5 bite size pieces of chicken on my salad. Not worth the $! We often are missing items from drive-thru. Not to mention our drinks are wrong, or they don’t know which drink is which.

It's the simple stuff that is more consistently wrong than right. Going to Zaxby's is a gamble these days. I asked for extra sauce wings one of them didn't even have sauce there was so little. I asked for light ice, I received the wrong drink with full ice, I asked for a second zax sauce and I didn't get it.

Because this happens so often, I make sure they hear it and read it back to me. It's not the ordering, it's like they just ignore the screen.

Zaxby's would be one of my most frequented fast food stops if they could get it right most of time, but that seems to difficult a task.
