Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They gave our order away, then forgot to make our order after waiting 20 mins walked in and the food that was given was still cold.

My wife stopped by for a quick bite to eat. My wife ordered the wings & things meal and expressly asked for hot fries assuming the wings and fingers would be hot. I then asked for the 5 wing meal, but I didn’t ask for hot fries, assuming that since we were together my fries would be hot. The fries were cold. My wife returned to the counter and asked for hot fries. I didn’t bother. We ate our fries only to find that the wings and her fingers were also cold. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

We walked in and the employes ignored us and talked to their friends at the counter next to us very unprofesional.

This is the worst experience we’ve ever had at Zaxby’s! Number one, the young guy at the cash register displayed a total lack of communication since he was standing there waiting for us to pay him without even telling us how much we owed for our order. Then when we went to get our drinks, over half of the drink options were out of order. The drink counter and drink machine were both filthy. Not planning to return!

was so excited about the milkshakes coming back my husband went and grabbed some for our family and there was a hair in mine so i didn’t drink it? - my boys said they loved theirs?

I came her Saturday afternoon and the line was completely empty, parking lot not busy either. I ordered a single kids grilled cheese after waiting a few minutes to have my order taken. I was then told to pull up and wait for my single kids grilled cheese to be made. My wife pointed out they didn’t give me back my card so I went inside to wait to get that back. A couple of minutes after that, employee comes out to my car to tell me my car had been charged twice on accident I assume for the person behind me. I could’ve made a grilled cheese at home faster and now I’m paying for someone else’s meal behind me? He offers to credit me (mind you I have a hungry kid in the car), so I follow him inside only for him to disappear and come back to ask me if I had been helped yet. I was forgotten in 30 seconds that I possibly just spent exponentially more than a kids grilled cheese meal. Someone else came up to complain that their wings were made cold as I was about to explain I’m the guy who you just told you charged twice. I was so fed up of the terrible experience start to finish I left without getting a credit as I still had to remind them I didn’t even have my food yet. Terribly disorganized location that I used to frequent and won’t be going to again.

The grilled chicken was good But the fried chicken was over cooked and so hard on edges it could not be ate ,its very expensive to eat out now days and when i spend that much money i expect to get good food was disappointed

How can this go through multiple employees and they all think this is acceptable? No sauce super dry and the fries look like they were sitting under the lamp long before I ordered. Doesn’t look fresh at all!!

I would love to know who works day shift at Zaxbys! Everytime I order delivery I’m always surprised to find the generous serving of fries etc. The food is always top tier and delivered with care. This is my go to chicken place.

Music so loud you cant hold a conversation. Sounds like you’re in a concert. Very unrelaxing and irritating. I can’t see any people with sensory disabilities could eat here.
Salad came with half the amount of lettuce as usual and could even see the bottom of the bowl in spots. Second time they’ve left bacon off my cobb salad here.
Oh …nice sign for a place playing Christian music.

I went to zaxbys today ( 20 minutes ago ) and I ordered loaded fries. Best thing ever, if you vegan, stop, live a life, and eat loaded fries. I told them to drown my fries in ranch, it is very safe to say they did not disappoint ??? absolutely made my day, thank you for whoever made my loaded fries today!!!
( loaded fries contain fries, chicken and bacon ) absolutely delicious
