Good food. The staff is so much better, helpful and accommodating than the Zaxby's on Cumming Hwy. They're very friendly and I will always go to this Zaxby's over the Cumming Hwy location.

Stopped in recently for salads for the family, through the drive through.
Order was repeated a couple times. Not all requests were taken care of.
The staff at the window should be a bit more personable. When handing the food out the window.. it would be nice to look at the customer.. almost dropped my bag of food and didn't respond when I said thank you and have a good day. Take the time to improve customer service.. that drives customers and business.

This is the best Zaxbys we’ve ever been to! We come VERY often and the people here are just amazing. Always so friendly, service is fast and food is great! While all the employees here are wonderful, our favorites who go above and beyond are Sydney, Lacey and Adam!
