We ordered Zaxby's Zalad trays and cookies for an event at our church. Everything was perfect! Shoutout to Sydney who was incredibly helpful! She had everything organized and ready (on time) for me to pick up. The food was great, but Sydney was the real behind the scenes star that helped make our event successful! Thank you, Zaxby's and Sydney!

Good food. The staff is so much better, helpful and accommodating than the Zaxby's on Cumming Hwy. They're very friendly and I will always go to this Zaxby's over the Cumming Hwy location.

Stopped in recently for salads for the family, through the drive through.
Order was repeated a couple times. Not all requests were taken care of.
The staff at the window should be a bit more personable. When handing the food out the window.. it would be nice to look at the customer.. almost dropped my bag of food and didn't respond when I said thank you and have a good day. Take the time to improve customer service.. that drives customers and business.
