Absolutely ridiculous that the map says a Dunkin Donuts but is an "Express" so basically a section of the gas station where you get your own

Went in this morning at 9:00 and there wasn't a single donut or pastry in the case. It didn't look like there had been any in there all morning. Glad It was just a sweet tooth and not necessarily a hunger situation.

tl;dr... terrible coffee. 4 shelves of empty donut trays. This is not a dunkin coffee shop. It's a messy, sticky, island in a gas station that's poorly stocked, have no instructions on how many pumps are typically used for the favor the terrible coffee that have. The flavor? One strong note, old burnt coffee. No amount of sugar or syrup could save it. And I tried. Also the selection of donuts? Unlike I've ever seen! Literally none. This is at noon on a Sunday. I didn't pop in at 2am and expect the full experience. Just wanted a decent cup of coffee at 11am. Just decent. Dunkin' Donuts y'all better get somebody in there to clean this up and represent better.... Especially because you're the only recognizable coffee shop for miles. Not you're best look.

Lavonia used to be absolute best one. We go all over to a Dunkin’ but lately every Sunday lately now the kinds of donuts we eat are out, I understand occasionally but not every week. & the one guy we asked do you make them here bc honestly we didn’t know. He said I personally don’t I try to do as less a possible. ?♀️ So it will be nice when Toccoa’s opens so I don’t have to drive to Lavonia on Sunday’s

The lady that works there is rude and the entire place smells like urine.
I drive around for a living so a good pitstop is not just a blessing but a necessity. You can only imagine my surprise when I drove past this brand new little jewel, and yes, they were open, and with a brand new clean bathroom! True, the dining room was closed to seating but just the joy of going inside, using the bathroom, washing my hands, placing my order, and getting to interact with the employees was a blessing. I asked the employees how long they've been open, about eight months, and the place was still sparking brand new with enjoyable customer service. And of course because of Valentine's Day, I had to get my next customer a dozen assorted heart shaped donuts. Success! Thank you Dunkin', for keeping me running!

Not a legit Dunkin...a oversized kiosk/self serve coffee bar inside pilot. Donuts were fine, just disappointed I couldn't get the hot drink I was after.
