My husband order a large supreme pizza and 2 orders of oven roasted wings. Well, the pizza was cold, cheese wasn’t even melted and the mushrooms were cold on it. The wings were raw. I mean blood raw.He went back and took the wings back and got his money for them. We just ate the cold pizza. You need to do better.

Use more tape for packaging. Need to be more careful when packing food for online orders. Ordered pizza and wings and was delivered to me by Doordash and when it arrived the tape had been removed from one side. Asked the driver and he said it came off on its own as little Caesars uses cheap take to close package. Couldn't enjoy my pizza just thinking about them peeking inside and all.

Put in a mobile order and took more than a hour to get done. Said it would be done at 5:20. App said “in the oven” at 5:15 when I went in to check on it at 5:40 they said it would be 10 more minutes, that it wasn’t in the oven yet. Didn’t get my food till 6

No hot and ready pizza. Had to wait 30 minutes for 2 pizzas which one was already done so it was cold and the crust was a little dried out. You would have thought they would cook both at the same time since we had to wait so long instead of giving us one that was setting there while the other was cooking.

I have been going to this store since they opened. However, in the past few years the service is slow, the orders are not correct (I order on line) and the turnover is horrible. I have been in this store waiting on my order and employees are arguing over music. This is not good.

So, myself and my family have been going to this Little Caesars for years to pick up pizza. It was perfectly fine until it wasn't. We were welcomed on Christmas Eve to the unpleasant shrieks of the clerk at the counter. Not only was our order incorrect, when we brought it up to the clerk, we were promptly yelled at in response, told to leave, and not given all of the food we ordered. I understand Christmas Eve is an awful day to be required to work, but that doesn't excuse you to be rude to the customers because you are unhappy that you are there. Do better Little Caesars.
