Surprisingly Terrible Service from 1 particular employee that makes the whole establishment look bad. Between Burning your food in the oven, (not knowing how to warm things up properly) & openly being a jerk in front of everyone, I would never recommend anyone to this location until they shake the bad apple from the tree! Disappointing… Smh

They were out of every bread but herb and cheese. The staff was preoccupied with talking to their friends or "other" people behind the counter not wearing uniforms. The atmosphere felt like we were a burden to them, uninviting and cold. My son got the chicken bacon Swiss and got food poisoning. The meatballs were cold (not even hot enough to melt the cheese), out of roast beef, but the cookies were good.

What has happened to Subway? They are always out of several items. If you want a sandwich call first to find out what they are out of before wasting your gas. This has been going on for several months now. It’s not only the Carnesville store, have had same problem with the Commerce store. What’s the problem?
