They were out of every bread but herb and cheese. The staff was preoccupied with talking to their friends or "other" people behind the counter not wearing uniforms. The atmosphere felt like we were a burden to them, uninviting and cold. My son got the chicken bacon Swiss and got food poisoning. The meatballs were cold (not even hot enough to melt the cheese), out of roast beef, but the cookies were good.
This is more about Subway as a whole. Staff is usually way understaffed at most locations. Advertising is false even though it's petty. Options are just becoming out dated. Older generation crowd
They have improved in cleanliness in the cooking area. I usually get the salad, which is always excellent. Then I top my meal with three raisin cookies. Excellent service, even when I request a change of gloves. YEP!!
