I would give zero stars but it is not an option. Came in on 9/8/25 at around 7pm. Dealt with Christopher. Worst person and horrible attitude. All I said to him after my order was that I already had my bottle of water. Coming from a manager I would never expect the eye roll, scoff, and hands thrown up. Don’t deal with him. Request someone else.

Its Wendy's, at a truck stop, and they're not open 24/7. Why even be at this location if you're not even going to utilize the 1 major thing that a location like this offers that others dont??? Truckers. The driving force of the USA. Running 24/7 and always in need of a place to stop and grab a hot meal instead of gas station food. I haven't ate at Wendy's in months. I thought I would stop in and fulfill a craving. Nope. Guess thats why I stopped going to Wendy's. They dont cater to people in my situation. People that work nights.

Wow. Talk about a clusterfuck here. Wait times on orders is over 40 minutes. Everyone running around like chickens but accomplishing little. I wasn't that desperate to wait in line that long. No Thank You. Keep the money I paid for an order I walked away from and hire more, better staff.
The crew working this morning, Saturday June 14th @ 11:40, was amazing! Very friendly, quick service, the order was correct and the food was great. Everyone was working and not complaining or standing around which is normally what you see when going here. Thank you to all that was working this morning!

It'll take you about 30 to 35 minutes to get through the line if not more with only four cars at that they were nice on the headset but did not repeat back the order or Tell us our total or ask if we needed sauces after that they left out our caramel crunch or give us a receipt unless you're starving I would not come here.
I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and a chicken sandwich with cheese and saucy nuggets. I got home to find I got the fries and toy with the kids meal but no burger at all…no cheese on my chicken sandwich and only 1/2 of the nuggets had sauce….and guy at the window was very rude!
