I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and a chicken sandwich with cheese and saucy nuggets. I got home to find I got the fries and toy with the kids meal but no burger at all…no cheese on my chicken sandwich and only 1/2 of the nuggets had sauce….and guy at the window was very rude!

The absolute worst Wendy's I've ever seen went there this morning and tried to get gravy biscuits they said they only had 1 it was 10:10 they don't switch over from breakfast till 1030 and management told me I should have came earlier they have a bunch of big black women working in there and if you are white don't expect great service I will never recommend this Wendy's to anyone I also expect to take legal action for discrimination

Disturbing. I ordered food at the drive thru. The lady who took my order was polite and efficient, but then I got to the window, and was served by a young man who said nothing to me the entire time he took my money and gave me my order. I spoke to him, but he did not reply, but just looked off oddly with his tongue stuck out of the side of his mouth the whole time. Very disturbing to be served food by a silent guy with his tongue stuck out the whole time! I'd drive to the next exit next time!

Do not eat here. Food cooked all day sold to you 8 hours old. Potato so hard the skin breaks off like chips. A waste of money for dinner for 3.

Despite having 6 ppl behind counter. 75% of fountain machine syrups were blacked out (unavailable). Absolutely no napkins. And don't get me started on the drink station. Trash everywhere, hardly anything stocked, counters sticky and wet. And a big puddle if something on ground.
Never once had a problem but now I don't think I will return. So shameful

I've been to many Wendy's and this one is at a truck stop right off the freeway. It was not very busy... 3 people in front of me, it took about 8-9 minutes for them to just take my order. I'm not sure why. It seemed like 4 people working. Cashier was professional but not a "good, welcoming" tupe professional. I know people go thru things... customer service can wear on some folks. The food was not the best, but edible. Fries were old and not hot... the nuggets were great, and hot. The double stack was basically drowned in sauces... and the bacon double stack... the bacon(if anyone would call it that) was seeming not crisped at all... and the flavor of the bacon was not good at all. The Dr.Pepper was on point out of the auto selector machine. Hope it was just a fluke visit... but still, I did eat it.

Fries were cold , unsalted, hair in every bit of my food , everything soggy bread , vegetables ,got my drink wrong twice didn’t give me straws , and over all not worth my money at all , payed 30 dollar for somthing that we didn’t even enjoy , because it wasn’t made right and tasted like it had just been sitting for well over a hour , and overall a bad experience. I have been here times before and the only issue I had was that they were out of sauce two times that I came but this… I won’t be returning and it need to be fixed
