Can't say how much I'm going to miss this place when it closes. Amazing food! I ate there one last time while visiting my home town over Thanksgiving and I wish they were gonna stick around

Place was closing at 8:30 we got our food 30 minutes after we ordered; we decided to take it home at that point to let them finish closing 2 hours earlier than they we're supposed to. Wings were great, we just felt like we were a disturbance.

As a UWG alumni I've been to this long-established Carrollton eatery (and yes, drinkery) on a good many occasions. The food is very consistently tasty, and the chicken wings I got today were absolutely superb, possibly the best I've ever had. Crispy, meaty, and the sauce was spot-on. Everyone in our 5 person group was happy with their meals. Of 10 or so restaurants we've been to while visiting our son who is now a student at West Georgia, this was hand's down the best.

Every time I've been here the food has been great! Relaxed atmosphere and the patio seating is very nice for those days when its sunny and you need to get outside. Will definitely be going back soon!

Pork wings gold fever style for the win. First time here and I am going to have a hard time ordering something different next time I go back.

Philly steak sandwich was awful. Less than 3 oz of beef, onions peppers and beef way overcooked. I won't be back.

We ordered our food and afterwards I looked up and noticed all the nasty debris of dust. Please clean the corners, ceiling fans, and on top of the pipes. It's very upsetting to eat at a place and see this lack of cleaning going on.

The food was excellent! We were there for dinner on Friday night so it was really busy. The food took awhile, but the waiter apologized and we didn't mind because it was worth the wait.

I am a student at the university of west Georgia. I've never been in the 302's restaurant but I do visit the food truck when it comes to the campus. I understand that there is only so much product that you can hold on those trucks, but they ran out of majority of their food over an hour before they closed. My friends and I walked up to order a little before 12:30 and they close at 2. When we walked up to order, they only had burgers and fries left. We placed our order and waited. We watch and listened as people's names were being called with such aggressiveness and rudeness. I watch as one of the cooks handed a girl her food, she asked for a box and he threw the stack of boxes in front of her on the counter instead of just handing her one, and turning around to continue working on more orders. I've worked in the restaurant business before, so I understand moving with haste but you cannot forget about customer service. Once my name was called and I walked up to claim my food,(a order of fries and a sprite) they told me they ran out of their special sauce, I asked for wing sauce, they ran out of containers. I am very flexible, so I said for him to just put it on the side, he sprayed the sauce all over the fries. I'm thinking, okay...that's not what I asked for but cool. I asked for my sprite, he rolled his eyes and got it out the fridge.... as I said before I have never dined in the actual restaurant, but after all the attitude and rudeness from both cooks on the truck I have no desire to give 302 any future business. Rudeness is not tolerated. Period.

I Enjoyed this Place.

Love 302 South! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I usually order my hamburger medium and it is usually overdone and I have to send it back. The quality and amount of food for the money is on the mark. I will still go back because when the hamburger is right it is awesome!

Keep in mind when you plan to dine here, that you get college kid level service. Meaning, it's super slow and they couldn't be more apathetic towards you if you paid them. Very much more of a dive bar vibe in my opinion. It's not all bad though. The food is good (just don't order out because they've almost always messed up our order when we have done so) and the live entertainment is, you guessed it, entertaining.
