THE place for coffee in Carrollton. They roast their own beans and have multiple blends for sale. THE place for the best breakfast in this area. Hands down! Bring your laptop or tablet (great Wi-Fi; they won't put you on a timer like other places in the area). Might be the only place west of Atlanta where you can get authentic Indian food (lunch). I am smitten by the coffee, the food, the vibe, and the stellar staff (signage could be improved; you'll find this gem on the back side of the big purple house, that locals refer to as "the Mansion").

Every single time I order from them, they go above and beyond. Most restaurants are hit or miss, but these guys are consistently GREAT! They read the notes in my door dash orders, they never miss a single detail. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! Breakfast, lunch, dinner are all delicious and whether I’m eating at the restaurant or via door dash, I know I’m going to get what I ordered- down to the personalized preferences. Highly recommend this place!!

Good tasting Italian style coffees. They recently installed a manual espresso machine and are loving it over the automatic model. But they may go back to automatic once the old one is repaired. The food was good, I opted for the pancake stack and ate all three (I usually can only eat one or two before I’m tired of pancake, haha). Very roomy venue with high ceilings and space for live music.

Very expensive! Went in for apple fritters. They don't do apple fritters or donuts anymore. I came out with 2 average size muffins and the bill was a little over $10! Way too expensive for me! Will not go back. The staff was very UNFRIENDLY!

4 am is truly such a unique coffee shop! It was a favorite of mine during college; my friends and I would frequently go to study or go for brunch dates. I now live 45 minutes away, but have driven to Carrollton numerous times solely for their coffee! The people, atmosphere, coffee, and food are top tier.

Yes, five stars! This local spot has farm to table food, excellent service, live entertainment and a groovy atmosphere! 4am Coffee Roasters also opens its doors for local art and entertainment markets and showcases, including live theater!

The best waitress EVER, of all the restaurants I have ever been to is Rebecca at 4 AM Coffee Roasters Cafe and Bar. Very efficient. Very preemptive on dining needs. Friendly but not overly hovering friendly. I adore her!!! Every time I come to 4 AM, which is a few times a week, I like to have Rebecca for my wait staff person. (They are all good wait staff but Rebecca is the best!) Also the pancakes are the best in town!

Vegetarian options: Oh yes, that’s not me but there is that too.

Kid-friendliness: Yep, there’s that too.

Parking: Lots of parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yep, there’s that.

Dietary restrictions: They have a great Keto coffee and breakfast. They have gluten free too.

What a cute, local gem! Felt like I was in a trendy saloon style coffee Cafe. Coffee amd food was delish. Our waitress, Eyan (sorry for the misspelling!) Was the sweetest and most patient with us. The biscuits are amazing and the applebutter.. so good. Highly recommend stopping here for breakfast and coffee.

The restaurant was clean an friendly. The menu was simple. The problems I had was the speed at which the breakfast was prepared. The breakfast burrito I had was very light on ingredients and I expected more for $8.

The best breakfast in Carrollton! This place has a lovely, laid back atmosphere. Try the two-egg breakfast (pictured below). Definitely give this place a try if you’re looking for a good wholesome breakfast! Oh- and the coffee is fantastic too.

This will be the second time that the entertainment for the evening(Jazz tonight Friday) has been suddently cancelled. Apparently you chose something more profitable for the restaurant...at the last minute. Creating a bad reputation for your restaurant is already in the making. Get a new manager guys.

So delicious! My son loves eating at the bat. They're nice and sweet. Very attentive. Great for kids. Gluten free options. Just make sure to share that it's an allergy and not just because you want gluten free.

I’m not a local, and was looking for a quick coffee as a Starbucks alternative because I like to support small businesses. Waiter was kind but really didn’t know what any of the drinks consisted of. I went with the creamy iced coffee in a small size ($5 and some change) and I’m sad to say it was underwhelming. I think I can make coffee that tastes just as good and that’s not saying much. I’d like to come back and try the breakfast though.
