Service was awful. Window guy was very abrupt, my potato cakes was not completely cooked, one of the employees on the phone with child and one on phone with nephew. Very unprofessional! Recooked potato cakes, but guy was very rude when he brought them out.

Dwight showed me amazing customer service by compensating me with a vanilla shake that I was going to buy anyway, but because he had a conscience about making me wait a bit too long for my Big Cheesy Bacon burger meal, he wouldn't let me pay for it. They deserve business for sure. I'm a certified customer service rep and this is the epitomy of good customer service. Well done Arby's!

The service was non existence. There was a group of 10 of us in line to order I was #6 the person taking orders moved like she had buckets of cement on her feet. Tha 4 behind me left got in there car and went thru the drive thru came back in and was eating before I got my food. The store and drive thru were not busy. I had the Ruben sandwich it was terrible. A bit of corned beef mostly roast beef. There is no roast beef in a Ruben sandwich.
