Food was mediocre at best. Service was worse. Only saving grace was the entertainment. It was drag queen show!! Ms. Candi and friends were amazing!! That's the whole reason this place got 3 stars!! Skip it if you can!!

Up until now, I would have given it a 4 or 5. I have been to this establishment on multiple occasions, with my same group, and always had a positive experience. Last night was complete opposite. We had a group of 8 and we would all get our drinks, except one in our party would constantly not get hers and wait for up to around 30min, for literally a can that is pulled out of a cooler. Buckets would come, mixed drinks would come, drinks on tap would come, but she would be left waiting and always told, by our waitress, that she was still waiting on the bar to give it to her. We also had a pitcher of water at our table, which the waitress brought us because so many of us were needing water refills, because we all enjoy drinking water with our alcoholic beverages, and it was easier to bring a pitcher than constantly have to refill us individually. One of the bartenders came over to our table, did not ask if anybody was drinking it and just poured it into a bucket of beer and took the pitcher, with no explanation or words spoken. Our waitress later came back saying she was told she couldn't leave the pitchers at the table, but that was the first she was told that. We then went back to the pool tables to watch some of our friends play and, while we were back there, the waitress cleaned our table, taking cups we were still drinking out of, and finalized our tickets. This was around midnight and none of us were done ordering. She got an attitude with one member of our party when she was shocked about getting handed her check and made a statement about it. She told another one of our party that last call was a few minutes ago, but it wasn't. A little while later there was another rude experience between a bartender and different person in our party. It just seemed like all night someone from our group was being treated very unprofessionally and we have decided to no longer frequent the establishment.

My friends and I were treated poorly at this place. The staff was very rude and unprofessional, from our waitress to the bartenders. We've been here lots of times over the years and never been treated the way we were last night. They definitely lost our business last night and we'll never be back.
