My family and I felt comfortable the moment we stepped into this cozy and eclectic eatery. Our waitress was friendly, genuine, and attentive. Our party of seven were all waited on with ease and served our food at the same time. Ohhhh the food. My crawfish etouffee was better than any I've had in Louisiana. The taste and texture were spot on. The loaded fries (i forget the item name) with pulled pork was a hit at the table. Noone in the family had anything but praise...
Salmon was excellent… Seared but moist inside.

Superb food with original spins on Southern classics. I had the Mac-Intosh sandwich.... short rib meat with Mac & cheese (!) and veal gravy. Very tasty. Also, the broccoli and kale salad. This is a go-to eatery in Carrollton.
