I didn’t eat anything but the lattes are consistently carefully crafted, rich and flavorful. It justifies a trip from Villa Rica once a week or so just to escape the monotony of Starbucks. It’d be nice if VR had a mom and pop espresso bar, but absent a quaint hub of activity like the Carrollton square, it’s not likely to happen.
After living abroad for seven years, I recently moved to the area and struggled to find a quiet café with genuinely good coffee—until today. I discovered Buzzards and was greeted by Emit’s vibrant energy and warm smile. The space is open with tall, vaulted ceilings, offering an inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for laptop workers. And the coffee? Simply splendid.
After checking out many local coffee shops over the last few years, I've finally found my regular. The pastries are phenomenal and clearly freshly baked each day. My go-to drink anywhere I go is always a "simple" latte, and I believe "simple" things done best is a true mark of quality when it comes to food.
