Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast-food spots, especially when I want a tasty chicken sandwich that never disappoints. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and the waffle fries are a must-have. The staff at this location are usually super friendly and polite, making the experience even better.
The drive-thru moves quickly, which is great when you’re on the go, and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. I also appreciate their attention to customer service — they really go the extra mile.
On the downside, it can get really busy during lunch and dinner rushes, leading to longer wait times. Also, the menu is limited if you’re not a fan of chicken, but they do offer some salads and sides as alternatives.
Overall, Chick-fil-A is a solid choice for delicious chicken and friendly service.

What's with the tiny piece of chicken in the biscuit, almost the size of 50 cent piece and very thin, used to be a big ole healthy piece of chicken, take the hit and serve the way people want...you do a lot of business so I'm sure you won't miss us but BYEEEEE

The food at this location has gotten horrible, fries are always cold or overcooked There is always something wrong with the order you placed. Make sure to triple check your order before you leave the drive through!

The chickfila on Bankhead highway in Carrollton, GA. Aubrey was extremely unpleasant and served me with a scowl on her face after telling me that my wife's order didn't get pushed through. So, I had to wait on my order, and Aubrey didn't even know what to tell other employees concerning the content of my order. Aubrey has a chip on her shoulder and a bad attitude. I've never had an experience l8ke this at any Chickfila. This woman also walked by me hurriedly without saying excuse me after almost bumping into me. Honestly, I expect more from Chickfila's hiring process, and this individual does not need to be in a customer service related job.
I love the speed of the service! To me it’s a good family place to eat in or out! I love the flavor of the chicken and those delicious chicken biscuits in the morning!

I don’t know if I’m just bad luck but every time I come through this chick fil a, I have the worst experience . And I always use the mobile app. Slow to get food out, in complete orders, or tonight, just simply misplacing my order.

First off, dude literally said "hey" instead of may I take your order or anythingbin that manner. We waited 20 minutes in line to finally get our food. The bun on the sandwich is completely squished, not even on the top of the sandwich. The sauces I asked for for my 12 count nugget and fries were not in the bag. So I have no sauce with my meal. The fries are overcooked. And they didn't listen when I said Light ice. And we didn't even get straws, went to leave a bad review via the receipt survey and we didn't even get a receipt. Definitely nit yo to Chick-fil-A standards today
