The chickfila on Bankhead highway in Carrollton, GA. Aubrey was extremely unpleasant and served me with a scowl on her face after telling me that my wife's order didn't get pushed through. So, I had to wait on my order, and Aubrey didn't even know what to tell other employees concerning the content of my order. Aubrey has a chip on her shoulder and a bad attitude. I've never had an experience l8ke this at any Chickfila. This woman also walked by me hurriedly without saying excuse me after almost bumping into me. Honestly, I expect more from Chickfila's hiring process, and this individual does not need to be in a customer service related job.

I don’t know if I’m just bad luck but every time I come through this chick fil a, I have the worst experience . And I always use the mobile app. Slow to get food out, in complete orders, or tonight, just simply misplacing my order.

First off, dude literally said "hey" instead of may I take your order or anythingbin that manner. We waited 20 minutes in line to finally get our food. The bun on the sandwich is completely squished, not even on the top of the sandwich. The sauces I asked for for my 12 count nugget and fries were not in the bag. So I have no sauce with my meal. The fries are overcooked. And they didn't listen when I said Light ice. And we didn't even get straws, went to leave a bad review via the receipt survey and we didn't even get a receipt. Definitely nit yo to Chick-fil-A standards today

Okay, I will be real with you. I am not really a Chick-fil-A fan. The atmosphere is always been good, and clearly the service is always good. I simply just did not like their chicken sandwich. Butt that honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich. Now that chicken sandwich is yummy. Hope they keep it( doubt it).
The food is good most of the time, but when it's off,it really is. What really gets is they making mistakes on the little stuff, like not taking the xtra time to read the order right.
