It was hit-and-miss. When we went to this Chick-fil-A, we felt we had finally found a CFA that lived up to the old standards. Benjamin was excellent. He gave the old-fashioned service—friendly and helpful. However, when we got the food to the van and started to eat it on the way home, we were very disappointed. My filet was hard and difficult to chew. It tasted weird. Not CFA quality by any means. The CFA sandwich was as good as it used to be. The fries were ok. The rest of the filets were scrawny, tough, and dry. The service was excellent, but the food left much to be desired.My grandparents and father were personal friends with Mr. Cathy. I went to high school with his three children. I managed a CFA for seven years. My brother was one of the first employees at the original Chick-fil-A at Greenbrier Mall. In other words, I know the product and what Mr. Cathy expected. I believe he would be very disappointed with most of the units today.With the service so good at this store, we will probably give it another chance the next time we are in Carrollton.

Vegetarian options: Well they got a salad without the chicken in it, and they have a wrap that doesn't have chicken in it. French fries.I get them all the time, it's good.
Ordered spicy chicken deluxe meals and in stead of fries like we should have gotten we got 5 waffle dries with 2 sauce packets in the fries...waste of time and money...seems like that is what everything in Carrollton is ...a waste of time and money.
Carrollton bankhead location. Just a quick opinion. If team members unsure what people want veryify before just giving them what you think they want. Example i ordered #1 with an extra large fries. That dont mean change my fries from my #1 to a large. Team member marlie just be a little more aware. Other than that service and food always good

Everything about this Chick-fil-A, I love it! I even came when the daddy/daughter date event was happening. I'm happy that I ordered some Chick-Fil-A!! Really good food, and the service was pretty good. Was you know a fast service there. Glad I ate there. I will return the next time if it's open. I'll be glad to order again too ❤️?
