After the renovation, the customer service is horrible which is ironic cause it's CFA. They're known for customer service and quickness usually. But this CFA is incredibly slow with zero customer service. It would be cheaper to go to the one off campus and get yourself a student discount and excellent customer service lol

The girl that took our order at the drive thru was rude and did not even allow us time to open or app to get our bar code scanned. When we were finally given our food the sandwich was at roon temp and the fries were old and cold
