My fiancé and I were visiting from Florida for the weekend and wanted to grab some Chinese takeout to enjoy a movie night at our hotel. We walked into this place and asked if they had pork fried rice. The lady at the front quickly and bluntly said, “We don’t sell pork.” Fair enough, we simply asked, “Oh, not at all?” She cut us off again and said, “No, we have NEVER sold it.” We explained that we weren’t from the area and it was our first time. So, we placed an order for chicken fried rice and beef fried rice. When she asked if we wanted anything else, we mentioned we were craving wings. I asked politely, “Do you have chicken wings?” and she snapped: “I already told you we only have hot wings.” At this point, I was confused. I said, “I didn’t ask earlier, this is my first time here.” She insisted, “Yes, you did. You called earlier and asked me the same question!” I was honestly mind-blown by how rude she was. I calmly replied, “That wasn’t me. We’re not from here, and this is our first time ever walking into this place.”She continued, frustrated, saying someone else had called asking the same question. But again, it wasn’t us. At that moment, I knew we weren’t welcome. So I told her, “Thank you, but we’ll go somewhere else.”
Super disappointing. We love Chinese food, and this could’ve been our go-to every time we came back to town. But after this awful service, we’re never coming back. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Avoid if you’re visiting and expect kindness or basic customer service.

Used to like this place but today got a terrible order for lunch, the chicken and sauce were microwaved, the sau e especially ially was like jello. Asked for white rice, got fried rice. Didn't even wanna eat it, it was horrendous. Went back to ask for money back with food basically untouched, refused to refund us.
Was the worst experience we've ever had with any Chinese food.
