We just bought a house here and moved from from FL and I have just found my new burger spot. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was beyond delicious!

Our most recent visit was a little disappointing, which was a first for us. We normally love everything about this place. But this time, they got my son's burger wrong and, even though we told the waitress, she didn't do anything about it. I also pointed out to her that I only got 6 tater tots but she just nodded and moved on. The chili on the hot dog was awful too. Ended up just scraping everything off the dog and eating it by itself. And the most frustrating part was that both servers and both cooks just hung out at the pickup counter and talked about parties and drinking at their fraternities and sororities. The cooks dropped the F-bomb several times and I was sitting there with my son right in front of them. They were oblivious. And they were sitting there talking about other students calling them by name, in a derogatory manner. Just think there needs to be a little more maturity on staff, at least during the day when you are mainly feeding families. On a positive note, their tater tots are amazing!

Alexa was the best! She not only described everything in detail, but made sure I felt heard! She informed me about possible delays and kept me in the loop of things! Food was great!

We ordered our food and sat. The staff was nice but we were rung up wrong over a misunderstanding between I and the waitress. I made it very clear that I only wanted specific toppings. Overall for a burger meal, one build your own and a hot dog meal for my kid was nearly $50. It was done wrong the first time. I re specified what I wanted and it was remade. It came back wrong again. I felt too terrible to ask for my money back at that point because I could tell I had upset the waitress. Then I couldn’t even finish the burger patty itself because it tasted so gross. I have no clue what was wrong with it. Maybe freezer burnt but I could have gotten a tastier burger for cheaper at Wendy’s. I will not be back. I was very upset that the price versus quality didn’t match. Nice staff but for a restaurant that mainly serves burgers I was not impressed.

Chip’s Burger Restaurant was definitely a highlight, everything was a 10/10 from the service to the dessert.
Not sure what sort of person rates this place more than one star. There are more employees than tables there tonight, but four of us sat there with empty cups for 20 minutes, and I’m pretty sure the appetizers will make us sick. Didn’t stick around to see bad the burgers are, but I’m confident there’s no one there who can pull off better than terrible.

Was a fun experience, best friend and I came in and she had wanted a burger. The burgers were fantastic and you can build your own. The sweet potato tater tots were phenomenal! Service was good. If you haven’t been definitely check them out.
