Our most recent visit was a little disappointing, which was a first for us. We normally love everything about this place. But this time, they got my son's burger wrong and, even though we told the waitress, she didn't do anything about it. I also pointed out to her that I only got 6 tater tots but she just nodded and moved on. The chili on the hot dog was awful too. Ended up just scraping everything off the dog and eating it by itself. Alexa was the best! She not only described everything in detail, but made sure I felt heard! She informed me about possible delays and kept me in the loop of things! Food was great!
This coming from a NYer I live FAR from here drove over an hour to get here but these smash burgers are 10 out of 10! I’m definitely going to bring all my friends here just simply Amazing! Quick, Fast and the hospitality was great thank you Alexa!
