I went into chipotle and I ordered a bowl, guacamole, queso and chips. I got to work about five mins later and started eating. First thing I notice was while I was eating my guacamole there was something hard in it. I spit it out and realized it was part of the stem. Unsafe! If I would have swallowed that I would have been hurt. I decided to ditch the guacamole and just eat the bowl. About a third way through the bowl I see something black in my lettuce. It’s a dead bug in my lettuce. Disgusting!!! I immediately stopped eating and called customer service. They seemed like they did not care and offered another entree. Are you guys serious?!?!

While the staff were friendly, they were out of steak and veggies. The real issue is in the cleanliness of the store. It looked like the place had been through a hurricane with the doors open. There was trash all over the counters, floor, tables, etc. This was at 2pm so the lunch rush had past. I do love Chipotle but please clean the place up...

Someone needs to clean this location up. Visited at 11/16 at about 4p. There was only one family sitting at a table. Every table was dirty, floor dirty, windows are dirty, food prep area and serving line was dirty. Some of the food was dried up in the metal containers on the serving line. The drink area had drink lids laying everywhere, straw papers all over, spilled drinks. Just disgusting. I did not want to make a scene because I was with a group so I went ahead and ate there. But if I had been by myself, I would’ve walked back out The only positive was the young man waiting on us. He was so pleasant.

Update:It has been noticeably a bit cleaner since ive left this review! And they arent stingy with their servings. The new employees are nice. My favorite location !

This review is gonna be really unfair because it's always either in between when I've placed an order and its COLD it's either been good or has been really bad, Today is really bad.The beans taste like They have just. Been poured out of the can.Yon they don't even taste like they've been cooked the portion have been okay, but that's also a hit or miss. I just really need consistency.

I did a pickup order and after I got back to the hospital right across the street, I opened it up and the first thing I realized was how cold the food was, next was the portion size, not enough for what you pay, I will post a picture of the amount, I had already mixed up my bowl before I decided to make a post. Also,when I was handed my drink through the window the lid wasn’t even on the cup. Last but not least was the lack of care for the job no greeting or smiling.
