We were there around 4 or so today and I will never visit this Dairy Queen again! We just witnessed a manager mock (make fun of) a sweet young man employee who appeared to be special needs. It was disgusting!! She should be fired.

I have not been to a more professional or more caring facility in a very long while. They go way out of their way to assure that the service while visiting is nothing less than A+ quality. Food is always piping hot, ice cream machine always works, lol, and everyone is smiling. Great job to whoever is managing this business.

The people working here are all miserable and have no customers service skills. They never greet the customer or even show common courtesy. These workers make the experience awful and if I were the manager I would fire them on the spot for having zero enthusiasm and providing poor customer satisfaction.
