Ordered a take out pizza. It was exactly as ordered. Ready in a prompt amout of time. Workers were very busy but still very friendly.

My order was ready at 2:06 my husband is still standing in there 20 mins later waiting for my order! The woman at the desk didn’t even acknowledge the three customers in there and instead was running around doing other stuff. If it was me that walked in there I would’ve cussed somebody out because this is unacceptable how r u gonna work in fast food and not do ur job? Will not be doing any ordering here anymore I’ll go to another one in my area!

I want to review this place bc of the service offered tonight , we were served on the CUSP of service time ending and we weren’t given any Abrasive energy even though we stumbled in with melting snow on our feet onto a freshly mopped floor.. everyone was smiling and working diligently on their duties . Even the Delivery Guy who wasn’t familiar with the order process took time to to take our order and maintain politeness as me and my Friend are both quiet and socially anxious hence our time of arrival. Idk who the driver was who took our order but he really needs a promotion to working with the public more (possibly management as he seemed very smart as well).
The pizza was executed perfectly and he is off delivering someone else’s late night PERFECT PIZZA ! not sure if this is a corporate store or if this is a franchise but This Crew deserves to be payed more no matter the amount their receiving (didn’t inquire nor share about their pay) January 12th 2025 night shift . Night delivery crew guys .

I just ordered delivery it was a pepperoni and black olives. The pizza was tasteless. I had hope it was going to be good. I am a bus driver, on a field trip, and driving a school bus i cant really go through a drive through. Very disappointing.

I ordered pizza. When I got there it was a joke a bunch of angry people mad because their orders wasn't ready. Only 2 employees working. They played dumb acted like they didn't receive my order. I just left didn't get my food.

The worst service ever..have too go thew a answering company..got the pizza that has been dropped on ground..called and no help at all ..out 33 dollars and no food..plus the wings were just a bunch of breading..sorry place will never buy from the again.

Order was placed at 1510,20 mins to pick up. Showed up 35 mins later, order wasn't ready, was told it would be 15 more mins, they asked what my order was I told them, came back in order wasn't made, asked me again what I had, looked in the computer said I didn't have an order. So they made the order and waited another 15 mins. Paid no discount offered or anything. Waited for my food, it was ready. The order wasn't right. No apologize or anything so left the pizza and am waiting for my refund. Customer service is horrible at this location. Papa John's is right across the street, don't waste 1.5hrs of your time or money for incompetent workers thar don't even care.
