The Handmade Pan pizza is the best pizza in town, but they don't put ingredients all the way to the edge as advertised . We have special delivery instructions & they always get that right. The $6.99 per item deal can't be beat. We usually get a pizza & those delicious hot brownies.

UPDATE: It finally shows up at my house after 2.5 hours and it’s cold and hard! Still no call back from the store manager to “make this right” like he said when he rushed me off the phone.
Ordered a lot of food around 5pm on the app, it tells me they were on the way, the driver shows up to my door well over 30 minutes later (10 min drive at most), then tells me he doesn’t have my order and I have to call the store to fix it. After speaking with the asst manager; being told there is nothing to be done but wait another hour. Another hour goes by, another call, the store manager tells me he rushed my order but couldn’t talk to me because he was busy and that my food was on the way. It is now another hour (2hrs from start) and still no food! Completely unprofessional management! As a manager I understand business and being busy; but would NEVER tell a customer of any kind, but especially one that spends a lot of money there; that they have no time to talk to me. Making false promises to make this right and rushing off the phone.

My order was ready at 2:06 my husband is still standing in there 20 mins later waiting for my order! The woman at the desk didn’t even acknowledge the three customers in there and instead was running around doing other stuff. If it was me that walked in there I would’ve cussed somebody out because this is unacceptable how r u gonna work in fast food and not do ur job? Will not be doing any ordering here anymore I’ll go to another one in my area!

I want to review this place bc of the service offered tonight , we were served on the CUSP of service time ending and we weren’t given any Abrasive energy even though we stumbled in with melting snow on our feet onto a freshly mopped floor.. everyone was smiling and working diligently on their duties . Even the Delivery Guy who wasn’t familiar with the order process took time to to take our order and maintain politeness as me and my Friend are both quiet and socially anxious hence our time of arrival. Idk who the driver was who took our order but he really needs a promotion to working with the public more (possibly management as he seemed very smart as well).
The pizza was executed perfectly and he is off delivering someone else’s late night PERFECT PIZZA ! not sure if this is a corporate store or if this is a franchise but This Crew deserves to be payed more no matter the amount their receiving (didn’t inquire nor share about their pay) January 12th 2025 night shift . Night delivery crew guys .
I just ordered delivery it was a pepperoni and black olives. The pizza was tasteless. I had hope it was going to be good. I am a bus driver, on a field trip, and driving a school bus i cant really go through a drive through. Very disappointing.
