Don't waste your money. Frozen grocery store pizza is better than this crap. I ordered 1 large 2 topping pizza and it took over an hour to be delivered. It was cold and obviously been sitting for a while. Will never order from here again.

I ordered my pizza at 6:40 Pm, it was delivered at 8:30 pm the food was cold and dry. The amount of toppings on my pizza did not justify the $30.00 I was charged. I have tried to call three times and am put on never ending hold. The delivery insurance they offer is a joke only offering me points, but seeing as I never intend on ordering from here again it does me no good.

This is for the Bankhead Hwy in Carrollton. Ordered pizza and 2 of them were made wrong. Only asked for them to be fixed. Didn’t want money back. The guy refused and was laughing about it. Even touched the original pizzas with his bare hands, so now I’m out of the pizzas and the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL AS LONG AS HE IS THE ONE WORKING.

I ordered online in the parking lot and walked in approximately one minute later the young man reviewed my order and accepted my payment. 20 minutes later they hand me my pizza and asked me what I like something else because the chicken Caesar salad that I ordered was not available. I didn’t want anything else other than a refund and the gentleman rudely let me know that all he could do was issue a store credit. Very poor customer service very poor atmosphere with employees vaping. I will not use this location again

Man, I used to work here under Monica Long. Didn’t have any issues, but just received my order, and in this economy, you’d excpect better service. The delivery guy took so long to get here, and then forgot my sauce I ordered. The pasta I ordered, was just plain noodles with a bit of sauce on top. When working under Monica, we never did our customers this way. I might not order again. I’m hoping it was just a bad shift.
ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES! Store just looks nasty and I've seen roaches multiple times. Also, it's been so hot in there this summer. I feel bad for the workers. Always a nasty attitude from management. The ones normally on oven are always so nice, though! The cutters never look clean and always have a nasty coat of sauce and cheese on them.

App said pizza was ready to pick up but no one brought my pizza out to my car. I was told that my pizza was dropped or something happened to my pizza. I had to sit a total of 40 minutes for my pizza order. Please explain why it took over 20 minutes to remake my pizza.

Ordered delivery twice and the first time took over 2 hours and the second said it was delivered and it wasn't took too long and the manager literally couldn't care less and didn't even offer nothing complimentary terrible location and needs to be shut down
