I HAVE BEEN TO THE DUNKIN’ IN CARROLLTON SEVERAL TIMES, AND THE BACON HAS CONSISTENTLY BEEN UNDERCOOKED. UNDERCOOKED BACON IS NOT ONLY UNAPPETIZING, IT CAN ALSO CAUSE SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES SUCH AS FOOD POISONING, BACTERIAL INFECTIONS, AND PARASITES. ON THIS VISIT, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THE BACON TO BE COOKED MORE, YET THE STAFF BURNT THE BREAD UNTIL IT TASTED LIKE CHARCOAL WHILE THE BACON WAS STILL LEFT UNDERCOOKED. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND A HEALTH HAZARD.
THE ONLY POSITIVE THING I CAN SAY IS THAT THEY ARE EFFICIENT AT GETTING YOUR FOOD TO YOU QUICKLY WHEN YOU WALK IN. HOWEVER, FAST SERVICE DOES NOT MAKE UP FOR FOOD THAT IS BOTH UNSAFE AND INEDIBLE.
Update: After going back, I spoke with a supervisor. She apologized for the miscommunication and explained that my request was never passed along to the person making my sandwich. She also explained that the bacon comes pre-cooked; however, I didn’t know that because this is the first Dunkin’ I’ve been to where it wasn’t cooked thoroughly. I’ve been to many different Dunkin’ locations in other states, and they always made sure the bacon was cooked properly, even though it was already pre-cooked. She handled the situation gracefully, was patient, listened to my concerns, and made sure to fix the issue. That’s the kind of service I can appreciate. 4 stars instead of 1.

Some of rudest people. Don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. Will let you stand there till you finally say something after waiting for 5-10 minutes. Customer service sucks!
Strawberry with sprinkles? Do yall see it or am I missing something? I only ordered donuts and had to wait 5 minutes to be cashed out because they couldn’t find my order then didn’t know which donuts I ordered? Mind you the only box at the counter -_- please do better

Best coffee in Carrollton, consistently good both in quality and service!
Out of things constantly. NEVER a napkin in the bag. I wanted to be discrete but in order to contact dunkin directly, you have to create an account. The staff have always been friendly but I doubt they were trained on putting a napkin in the bag.
It is simple, I doubt the stores actually make donuts/muffins/etc IN the store anymore... have the item on the shelf, put it in a bag, with a napkin and smile.
Update: Out of 12 visits to this store, 1 time I got a napkin, 10 times the app shows no muffins and 4 times they have been out of muffins. Also disappointing that no one responds to any of these reviews.
The service was courteous, and even though it's a smaller building there was comfortable seating and the chicken biscuit was delicious and tasted fresh. The frozen chocolate was also good too. The bathrooms are clean and I like to thank the crew on 03/02/25 a good day. Makes me want to come back more to this location. This is a much better and reliable location than the one in South Park street.
my sister ordered 2 donuts, 2 apple fritters, and 4 drinks on the mobile app. all the drinks and donuts were correct, but there were no apple fritters in the bag, the girl at the drive thru didn’t let us know that they were out, and didn’t give us any replacement. just the drinks and donuts, and didn’t even say anything she opened the window. we pulled back around after realizing and told her that we were missing our apple fritters and she just said “uh we’re out” everything else we asked for as a replacement they were also out of. whenever we picked our replacement, a different girl was at the window and slammed the door as soon as we pulled up. they gave us our replacement but terrible customer service
The food was burnt and my donut was smushed and didn’t have any filling, which was the best part. The employees were rude. Never coming back.
Turn the toaster down. It keeps burning my bagel.

Went today and asked help on how to add rewards to order, and three people would not help and were extremely rude, and still not help after asking twice and were annoyed we were even asking. I’ve been a barista for many years and get it’s a fast moving job, but just because they have self order tablets now instead of being cashiers, does not mean they aren’t there to help.

This is the only Dunkin that doesn’t listen when you ask for your mini bagels ? double toasted. They are cold every time I get them….every time. Do better guys!

This one is a ten star experience, and I wish I had the ability to put in ten stars. This location has nice employees and they are always making sure they're doing their job right at this location. The donuts are very delicious and so is their coffee. Alex who is an employee there made my day better, and I love his customer service!
