I’m a bit of a refresher fiend, and this is my favorite Dunkin to go to. My strawberry dragonfruit green tea refresher is always perfect with the right ratio of tea to refresher mix. The staff is also super sweet. I love this Dunkin for a pick-me-up.
I HAVE BEEN TO THE DUNKIN’ IN CARROLLTON SEVERAL TIMES, AND THE BACON HAS CONSISTENTLY BEEN UNDERCOOKED. UNDERCOOKED BACON IS NOT ONLY UNAPPETIZING, IT CAN ALSO CAUSE SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES SUCH AS FOOD POISONING, BACTERIAL INFECTIONS, AND PARASITES. ON THIS VISIT, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THE BACON TO BE COOKED MORE, YET THE STAFF BURNT THE BREAD UNTIL IT TASTED LIKE CHARCOAL WHILE THE BACON WAS STILL LEFT UNDERCOOKED. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND A HEALTH HAZARD.

The service was courteous, and even though it's a smaller building there was comfortable seating and the chicken biscuit was delicious and tasted fresh. The frozen chocolate was also good too. The bathrooms are clean and I like to thank the crew on 03/02/25 a good day. Makes me want to come back more to this location. This is a much better and reliable location than the one in South Park street.
