Serviceable. Breakfast and quick lunch. Not as close as to me as that "other" coffee, but I prefer Dunkin. Mostly, there are no mistakes on my orders. Always use the app for discounts. I use drive thru 99.9% of the time.

Went thru the Drive-thru and ordered 2 LARGE vanilla Lattes and this is what they gave me! What a joke! They must’ve poured the “small” into a large cup and called it day. We’ve always preferred Dunkin over the other chain but if this is what you get for the price, no thank you!

I’ve come to this location a handful of times over the past couple years, hoping that the horrible service was just because of a few employees, but every single time I come here I’m nothing but disappointed. Last year I ordered an Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte. They asked if I want cream and sugar and I said “just cream.” So they took that as I wanted plain coffee with just cream and completely forgot to add the pumpkin syrup. When I went back inside, they said that I ordered exactly that and gave me attitude. Another time I went to the drive through to order one chocolate frosted donut and one strawberry frosted donut. The lady snapped and said they’re out. I said okay and asked about a Boston cream. She snapped back saying they were out of that too. I asked what they did have and she sighed and said “we have blueberry and glazed.” I asked if that was it and she snapped back with “did I say anything else?” I just drove away. Today I put in a mobile order for the Cupid’s Special donuts, a customized assortment of half a dozen, and a large decaf coffee. I went in and they didn’t have anything I ordered in the app. Then the Cupid donuts that I paid extra for didn’t have ANY filling whatsoever. I started drinking my coffee to find out it was caffeinated and the label says decaf. I’m DONE trying.

The manager Roy is so sweet and all the employees are also..thank you guys for making it a pleasure to get my daily coffee!
It was early in the morning and I decided to get some breakfast. I got a Frozen Chocolate with a Dunkin Wrap, and an item that has scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and brisket. The items were delicious but the wrap tasted a bit odd. The atmosphere is really nice and the employees are amazing at this location. Seating is a bit small so you might want to grab a seat yourself before they fill up. I'll come back here again.

Every time I go here, they are so slow and then you wait and your drinks not even right when you get it and I always get avocado toast top with bacon and my bacon never cooked through!!!! It’s just sad highly recommend go onto the other location in Carrollton. They’re amazing.

I wonder if the problems here are that they are short staffed. Everytime I come to the drive thru they only help 1 maybe 2 cars at a time. They make you wait until the first car moves. I wish this had better service in the evenings. Im
