Went there 20 minutes before they closed. Didn’t order though the drive though just at window because it was too far back to even tell where it was! Took at least 10 minutes for someone in front of us and 10 minutes for us it was stupid and so slow! I usually lay 5.87 at my local location but couldn’t get to that one before they closed. They charged me 6.80 here which is insane. I don’t know what it is about this coffee but it taste really sour. Too much ice so thick I couldn’t really drink it through the straw. This location will never see me again! I will go to my local Dunkin and be much happier there. The frozen coffee wasn’t even fully blended. Where the line is on the cup is nothing but ice, can’t even get my straw past that line 😑 Even more to add after my order was paid for I noticed a young women with long blonde hair that wasn’t even tied up. Hope no hairs got in anyone’s coffee/ food. The cashier asked someone if they knew how to make it .

Usually coffee is best in town. This morning’s coffee was too bitter and burnt to drink (I poured it out). My old fashioned doughnuts were hard as a rock. My order was DoorDashed. But DoorDash can’t fix bad quality.

Drive thru lady was not friendly at all, she repeated the order and still screwed it up 🤬 the hash browns were over microwaved and rubbery. Last time eating here. Chick-Fil-a is right across the street with way better service and food ❤️ go there instead.

This is what they considered full on a large cup. I didn't do anything special or ask for anything special. It is exactly the way they normally fix it and they told me that that was full! I told them I could pour it out into a medium cup but I got charged for a large. We spend about $200 a month at this location we will not be anymore!

I've been to this location probably about 100 times. Its on my way to work and I get a coffee every morning. I'm finally so fed up with this location I'm leaving a review, not that it's gonna change anything. They constantly get my coffee wrong. The other day I ordered a coffee with caramel and I got vanilla. The worst part is they ask you to pull up after only ordering a coffee. The small parking lot isn't designed for this. You end up blocking other vehicles. Why can't I just wait at the window for my order? I've never had these problems from other locations like this one. I've probably been to Dunkins over a thousand times.

If you're going to have people on drive thru maybe let them know they need to LISTEN to what the customer orders and not just do whatever they want. That way I can get what I ordered rather than having to watch your employees loaf around in lala land because they couldn't be bothered to pay attention the first time.

Sweetest people they work so hard to make sure your order is correct. They're location makes it super hard for it to be extra speedy and they still bust it to get you your order. The other day, they gave me an extra order of bagel minis and they once gave a side of bacon to my dog. Just because! Awesome people that love their community.
