This was my first time eating here and I was pleasantly surprised. Although my fish taco tasted a little too fishy for me, the chicken quesadilla and chips and salsa were awesome. This is a nice little find tucked away on Maple Street in Carrollton.
The BEST Mexican corn, quesadillas were phenomenal. I looked online and at the time they had a solid 5.0 stars...All those people are right. You have to try this. Portions are generous. Tase is unique, very fresh ingredients. My wife and I will be back. The folks here were very polite and have been this way consistently. We first saw them at a Founder's Day celebration in Temple.

LOVE this place! I eat here at least once a week, and always end up talking for several minutes about the ins and outs of Carrollton while ordering. The steak tacos with the radish and lime, steak quesadilla, carnitas, and tomatillo salsa are all my favorites!
