I was really disappointed with my experience at Hacienda Grande. I ordered my food to go but sat and waited for it inside, so it should’ve been fresh and hot. Instead, most of it came out cold — not just a little warm, but actually cold. I ordered the birria tacos, and they were dry, flavorless, and soggy instead of crispy or fried like they should be. The meat had no seasoning, and the whole dish just tasted off.
To make things worse, I tried to call the restaurant afterward to give feedback, but the phone didn’t even work. Overall, it was just a really bad experience — definitely not worth the money.

I got a text and was also on the website that my order would be ready at 7:49pm so I took my smart watch off and we set an Alexa alarm for 7:30!! I didn't see the text saying my order was ready and subsequent email until 7:10pm!!
And the manager whom I always bragged on for his apparent outstanding customer focus just walked off when I told him my frustration!!! Totally disappointed!!! $72.00 worth of food barely warm as it was sitting out on a table upon my arrival!!! I could hardly eat let alone enjoy this meal!!

Great food, fast and friendly service! The quality and amount of food per dollar spent is worth it here. There are lunch portions that you can get at dinnertime for only $1 more. Definitely worth it if you have a smaller appetite or a new teenager!

My husband and I went to Hacienda Grande for supper last night. The food was delicious. They have a lot of food on their menu, and I had a hard time making up my mind about what I wanted to eat. It all sounds so delicious. My husband had a generous sized seafood taco salad and I ordered a steak chimichanga and Mexican Street corn in a bowl (instead of on the cob). There was so much food that we couldn't eat it all. The chips & salsa that we had before our meal was great. The salsa was fresh, & tasted like it was made there, and the chips were fresh too. I had also ordered a small cheese dip and it was so good. It wasn't thin like I have gotten at other Mexican restaurants. I had a strawberry Mojito to drink & it was so good. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back again.

My ceviche was delicious, as was my husband's tilapia plate. The restaurant has a vibrant decor with bold colors. It not only has a roomy, attractive patio, but also a 2-story main restaurant. All the staff were very polite, helpful & thoughtful. When our server was unable to answer a question, he quickly found someone who could. He also checked in with us frequently & brought everything we asked for promptly. Very pleasant experience!

My brother and I have been coming here for years….off and on…. Mainly because they are always so crowded. Why wouldn’t they be? Best service, Best food, Best environmental and the drinks are unbelievably THE best. There must be only one reason for this, employees are only as good as their leader. Jesus , the manager… is ALWAYS on point. You will always see him greeting customers, serving food, cleaning tables…. Whatever needs done, he’s there. Thank you to everyone here at Hacienda Grande for always taking care of everyone like family.

They were very busy on a Friday evening, but our server was pleasant and friendly. The food was so delicious 😋 I did have to wait on my drink for awhile but other then that place was great. Atmosphere was authentic and reasonably priced.
