Thursday night was my first time visiting Jacks in a long time. I placed a online order spent over $25 and it wasn't good. The worst thing was how I was treated by the lady at the drive through window. I asked for a receipt and was told it didn't print out one. My order was wrong and when I went back for my missed fries and mashed potatoes without gravy. She processed to tell me that's not how I ordered it. I attempted to show her on my phone that is hiw I ordered it, she said "he's getting it " turned and walked away. I could hear her continue to say that I didn't order it that way. When the manager came to the window, I showed him that is hiw I ordered it. He did apologize for my order. With employees like her, I don't think I will be going back. I told people at my job about it, I found out that a lot had similar experiences. Evidently Jack's in Carrollton has lost a lot of customers. They have lost one in me.

Went to get breakfast just wanted a platter with chicken , biscuit , eggs, and grits ask drive thru if they had gravy without pork ? Cashier said yes told him I wanted gravy without no sausage and chicken on the platter instead of sausage. Was dipping my chicken in the gravy almost done with my whole meal and two pieces of sausage’s at the bottom of the gravy . I almost through up. Costumer service is crap there. Not only did they hand us both sweet tea after ordering sweet and a half and half to have to hand back. To no napkins or straws . And we pulled over to the parking lot to eat and no spoons. I had to go back in to get some. I will never eat there again not only did they lie about the pork in the gravy but the pure laziness was unbelievable. 👎🏽 if I could score you it would be a zero like your employees effort.

My experience wasn't so great I get to the window the lady talking bout cash only i should have been told that at the speaker but she still took my card I get my food it's ridiculously cold and this was maybe 1130 so I was pulled up for fresh food I had to go in to get my own food cause the wait seemed longer than I was told but over all staff was very nice about everything an even gave me a free coupon for a chicken biscuit I give them 3 stars cause once I got my food it was good but I was highly upset because I had popcorn cheddar seasoning on my fries 🤔😩

Food is good WHEN I get it. I have a morning job and I love getting Jacks before. The past 4-5 times, I’ve gotten there around 5:10-5:15am and they tell me they aren’t ready yet so I have to leave. If y’all say y’all are open at 5, y'all should be serving at 5 and if the workers need more time to open and prepare, then they need get there earlier. And also, when I do go, there’s a few other cars too so not being prepared makes the restaurant lose some business.

Horrible food and lacking in friendliness. I was there a couple weeks ago and had great milkshakes. Went today and had a horrible experience. Both milkshakes were so thin they were like soup. The big jack was cold, patties burned and cheese wasn't even melted. Ketchup on burger though I asked for none. And so many onions! Couldn't even eat the burger. The fried chicken was semi cold and lacked flavor. The biscuit was good though but a good biscuit out of all we ordered being the only edible item is crazy. I paid nearly $25 for this meal. Definitely would not recommend to anyone based on today's visit.

The milkshakes were very thick and the way that a milkshake should be exclamation point we had a chocolate milkshake and a strawberry lemonade milkshake. The Apple biscuit bites we're very disappointing. They were tiny literally the size of a quarter. They were cold, not even warm and the icing was hard... But maybe that was a good thing because they were dumped out in the bag. The speed of service was great, very fast for a drive thru. I would definitely get a milkshake here again but I wouldn't eat my $2.99 on the 6 tiny and dry biscuit bites.

As a kid this was my families go to place once a month in my home town in Tn. So taking my grand baby here was a treat for us both. We went to the drive thru. Food was fresh and hot and milkshakes were amazing. Reminded me of my kid days.
First time eating at Jack's. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal, it was a little dry but had good flavor, fries were on point, and they have unsweetened tea with Splenda so I was extra extra happy! ????

I’m a delivery driver for Uber Eats and DoorDash and have made well over ten thousand deliveries across both platforms. This restaurant is asking drivers to make the drinks for orders we are delivering to customers. The manager obviously does not care that it is a health code violation to ask delivery drivers to make any part of the order including drinks. When I informed the manager of this she started to have a very rude attitude with me. Horrible.
