We had a party of 25 this past Saturday and we had a wonderful time on the patio. Even though we had a small hiccup at the beginning, everything was wonderful! The food was AMAZING as always and our waitress was great! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good food and an awesome atmosphere!

I made a doordash order and requested my fries be extra crispy, and they freaking nailed it. I was starving and these fries saved my dang life.

Went today about 2:30pm. The waitress had a trainer with her. Got our appetizer quickly. Took over an hour to get our main dish. Not once was asked if we were doing okay. I usually love Jefferson's in Carrollton. Today sucked so bad.

One-star rating due to service only. I was picking up for my mother so have no insight on the food. I ordered online, paying 50% more for my meal because of that, yet when I arrived, they had not even begun to process the order, as a matter of fact, told me they couldn’t even find it. When I noted that I had paid extra to be able to pick up my online order on time I was told that wasn’t Jefferson‘s fault. The server offered for me to speak with the manager, but then the manager said that they were too busy to talk to me and that I would have to take it up with Uber, even though the server acknowledged that Uber had nothing to do with the delay - claiming that they were just very busy, even though they had told me earlier that it was because they couldn’t find the order. So a combination of being summarily dismissed, despite having a legitimate complaint and being outright lied to about the reason for the delay, leads to a one-star review on their service.
Those of us that order online are gladly willing to pay extra for the convenience of not having to sit and wait for our food. But to be treated like it’s no big deal when you have to wait just as long as if you had come into the restaurant and gotten a table is unacceptable.

Fried pickles were absolutely horrible, we told them, still charged for it. Will never go back. Horrible service, bartender had to find our waitress so I could cancel anything fried on my order because of the horrible taste of the oil on the pickles.

EDIT: I just went back and tried Jefferson's again with a friend. We had the BEST service from Alina. She was quick and so, so friendly! The fried pickles were to die for and the salad was so big, we have enough left over for another meal. So glad we gave them another chance!
I've ordered Jefferson's to-go a lot and never had an issue. However, today a friend and I went in for lunch. We got there before the lunch crowd hit and ordered a salad and a wrap. It took FORTY minutes to get our food, which we had to get to-go because we had to get back to work. It took another 10 just to pay our bill. Oh, and on top of that? After all that waiting, the fries were cold. Very disappointed.

Love this place and have great service. No one at the front anymore most times so just peak around the corner. Never had a bad meal but $8,50 for a pilsner by (Four Sixes brewery) and $3.00 for tea! Sorry but even with inflation, that is nuts and probably a 200% markup on the beer. Hope to see prices coming down soon otherwise it will be hard to continue coming.
