Pot pies are almost inedible. Husband’s was watery with 2 HUGE chunks of chicken with bone attached. Wife had 2 small pieces of chicken with dark bones. Could only eat the crust. Unacceptable, but what do you do? Management does not care!

Rude , rude rude and I wanted extra crispy and there answer is we don’t have any and we aren’t going to cook any so they said they had original ready so I ordered that and when I got to the window they said I had to wait till some was ready ridiculous how bad fast food has gotten no pride in their work at all. KFC used to be pretty good place to eat.

So ordered 2 mikes hot honey strips combos along with an additional fries had to wait for it cool got food and left got home realized that this wasn’t what I ordered drove back and my boyfriend was told that we wouldn’t get a refund and the food was correct after the female employee ripped the bag open with an attitude I’m not arguing with nobody I’m calling corporate and did nowadays stuff is expensive I’m not going to allow some minimum wage only can work at fast food restaurants because of my education level females prosper against me raw biscuit gave me a frozen strip and this isn’t even nothing close to the picture advertised

Why have a mobile ordering service when you still make your customers wait for you to cook food? If you have a mobile ordering service come through before a walking or drive through customer, the food they ordered needs to be set aside and not used for them. Prioritize. Mobile order suppose to be ready at 5:05 got it at 5:30

Fed my disabled veteran father raw chicken and refused to replace his food or refund money.
I ordered the $10.00 Tuesday special and although I asked for "Original Recipe" they gave me Crispy chicken instead :( When I informed the drive-thru cashier that they made a mistake she insisted it was NOT .
Please note, customers only want what they pay for NOT what you have left over..
Nevertheless, I do not believe in arguing or causing a scene... I will NEVER return !!

Not very busy. I had ordered online so I didn't have to wait on my food but when I arrived, I had to wait for at least 10 minutes. My food should've been ready. I watched them make my food and then take my food somewhere else to be held. The cashier acted as if they didn't want to be there but at least they did acknowledge me and even though I was first in line, the cashier took the next person's order instead of getting my order first. The two managers just said hello to me but never asked what I was there for. 10 minutes of my time wasted because of bad communication. I shouldn't have been in that store for no longer than 1 or 2 minutes. What I had ordered, I could've made myself. I'm honestly never going back there again.
