So ordered 2 mikes hot honey strips combos along with an additional fries had to wait for it cool got food and left got home realized that this wasn’t what I ordered drove back and my boyfriend was told that we wouldn’t get a refund and the food was correct after the female employee ripped the bag open with an attitude I’m not arguing with nobody I’m calling corporate and did nowadays stuff is expensive I’m not going to allow some minimum wage only can work at fast food restaurants because of my education level females prosper against me raw biscuit gave me a frozen strip and this isn’t even nothing close to the picture advertised

Why have a mobile ordering service when you still make your customers wait for you to cook food? If you have a mobile ordering service come through before a walking or drive through customer, the food they ordered needs to be set aside and not used for them. Prioritize. Mobile order suppose to be ready at 5:05 got it at 5:30

I ordered the $10.00 Tuesday special and although I asked for "Original Recipe" they gave me Crispy chicken instead :(
When I informed the drive-thru cashier that they made a mistake she insisted it was NOT .

Please note, customers only want what they pay for NOT what you have left over..

Nevertheless, I do not believe in arguing or causing a scene... I will NEVER return !!

Not very busy. I had ordered online so I didn't have to wait on my food but when I arrived, I had to wait for at least 10 minutes. My food should've been ready. I watched them make my food and then take my food somewhere else to be held. The cashier acted as if they didn't want to be there but at least they did acknowledge me and even though I was first in line, the cashier took the next person's order instead of getting my order first. The two managers just said hello to me but never asked what I was there for. 10 minutes of my time wasted because of bad communication. I shouldn't have been in that store for no longer than 1 or 2 minutes. What I had ordered, I could've made myself. I'm honestly never going back there again.

We went inside the restaurant at around 8 p.m. to order and couldn't get service. We waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes. No one was in the lobby, and 1 or 2 cars in the drive-thru. The workers looked at us as if we were inconveniencing them. One guy came up to the register and asked us if it was dine-in or carry-out. I replied and said, "Dine-in." Then he turned around, yelled at another employee, and said, "You need to unlock the computer." Then he turned away and walked off. We waited for a few more minutes, and no one came back, so we left and went somewhere else to eat.

I don't know how to explain this, it depends on what shift you go on the quality. One day it's great and speedy service and the other shift comes in and the food has no flavor and everyone acts like their high as a kite. It would probably help if they stopped going to smoke weed in the bathroom.

I want to say this is the best KFC out of the others. Service is very friendly and attentive! The food is tasty and delicious. Overall, I recommend this place. If you want your wrong orders fixed when you go to a KFC this is the place to be at. Good ACs, great music. Quiet atmosphere.
