WORST kroger establishment I have EVER BEEN TO IN MY 44 YEARS OF LIVING! When I tell you there were so many roaches and bugs it was crazy! A huge infestation! I went Wednesday to get some milk and I saw a few jugs that were past expiration date. DISGUSTING!! Shameful establishment. I wanted to tell the workers about the roaches and expired milk but I could not find any around! Seriously?!! I wasn’t sure if anyone worked there! I just walked out. I don’t know how this business is still running. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! If you see this review, FIND A NEW STORE! THIS ONE IS AWFUL! If I could give zero stars, I WOULD!!!!

Wow wow wow. This place needs to be shut down asap. Just terrible. Lots of the vegetables are unfit to eat. The meat section looked disgusting looking like if you ate the meat you will get deathly sick (when the section is ever stocked, which is usually never.) Can we get someone to fix the store? I dont know what is going on! This place used to be great! Shame on you Kroger

I am writing this review to express my utter disappointment with the behavior I witnessed at this Kroger location on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at exactly 4:15 pm. During my visit, I observed an incident involving the store supervisor (Jeremiah) that has left me appalled and has ensured that I will never shop at this location again. As I was entering the store, I heard loud voices and turned to see the store supervisor (Jeremiah) publicly berating an employee(Robbie). The supervisor was cursing and disrespecting the employee in front of customers. This unprofessional and unacceptable behavior created an extremely uncomfortable environment for everyone present. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect from the staff, especially those in supervisory positions. This incident not only showed a lack of basic human decency but also a complete disregard for creating a positive shopping experience for customers. Due to this incident, I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate regarding the supervisor's behavior. Such treatment of employees should never be tolerated, and I hope that appropriate actions will be taken to address this issue and prevent it from happening in the future. Until significant changes are made, I will not be returning to this store, and I will advise others to avoid it as well. It is crucial for the well-being of both employees and customers that a respectful and professional environment is maintained.

I just Watched an ELDERLY Woman assist in bagging her own groceries. This is absolutely ridiculous, Kroger needs to have bagger if it’s not self checkout. There are so many isles yet there is usually 2-3 open MAX and NO baggers. If it’s not self checkout people should not have to bag for themselves. I can Go to Aldi for that!! Just save yourself the hassle and go to Publix.

How about you get your cashiers to remove the theft devices from clothing that people purchased. I had family visit, 3.5 hours away, they get home and yal left the device on dress. Now we have to mail it back and forth to get this resolved. Extra waist of our money due to yals carelessness.

I wish I could start this review with some positive comments. There are always staff stocking everywhere. Pay a premium wage and do your stocking overnight. I've skipped an aisle because it was so full of product and j-carts. Checkout lines are always long inc. the self checkout. I just can't shop here anymore. The coupons aren't worth all the hassles. Also the basics in produce like, onions, potatoes, cucumbers and other misc items are out.

Been waiting for over 45 minutes for my groceries. Cars have come and gone still don't have them. This is ridiculous. Who is going to pay for my time for waiting this long.

This is an absolute one stop shopping ?. This store is clean, friendly staff. Always have everything in stock, if not customer service is always helpful in resolving the matter. Very large store, with all your food needs, pet food & supplies, medical care & medical supplies, shoot they even have clothing for the whole family, even household supplies, decor for home & office, office supplies, etc... I could go on and on, but I think you get the BIG picture, ?. If you haven't already been, give Kroger a visit and see for yourself.

I mimic others' comments about the lack of customer service, long lines and the ONLY option is self checkout, and very dirty restrooms. The only reason I came back recently is because the other Starbucks in town is being renovated. I walked in the front entrance and noticed their new video casino section. Very classy. This is a grocery store, not a gas station or laundromat. Even those places usually have the decency to place their casinos in the back. I'm not a prude, it is just all getting out of hand. My 8 year old daughter wanted to know why you had to be over 18 for the arcade. Thank you Kroger.
