My wife and I come pretty regularly and it's always a good experience with ALL the bar tenders, especially when Trinity is serving us. She has been serving us for over 2 years now and knows what we order and how we want it. She always has a friendly smile.

Ok only 1 other couple in the building and took 45 mins to get my food. Was lunch time we all ordered off lunch menu, they rang up 1 lunch and 2 dinners??? Service was slow took 15 mins to get our cheese dip?? Also they told us our food was made with corn tortillas but when we got then they were flour. Complete fail today. I get a hour lunch from work and takes me 5 mins to get there my lunch exceeded 1hr 30 mins.

First time eating here, I enjoyed it! Our waitress was new so she was a bit slow, but overall great food and atmosphere. I ordered queso and the Burrito de Cerdo, all came out hot and delish.

But the food portions are wonderful and delicious So are the specials
Parking: In the Carrollton square so parking can be difficult but there’s a big garage next-door that makes it easy to just walk a few steps away if you can’t find anything upfront or on the street

For a place that used to be a spot that I came to every week with friends for several years, I’m really disappointed in the poor customer service and lack of integrity of the staff. When you see a coworker struggling to take orders and put in the correct orders, you would think that other wait staff would get up and help rather than sneer at customers who aren’t getting the food they ordered or common courtesy that anyone would want (regardless of being a customer or coworker). When someone tells you that they’re allergic to something, don’t bring it out twice. Don’t be rude because you’re told that the order was wrong, don’t try to make people pay for food that they didn’t eat, and don’t snap at a customer trying to tell you that your silverware is broken.
