I’m writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a recent experience with your restaurant that remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to contact you.

We placed a to-go order scheduled for pickup at 5:15 PM. However, our food was not ready until nearly 6:00 PM. When the food was finally brought out, I mentioned to the staff member that it felt cold. She admitted that it had been sitting for a while due to being short-staffed and handling everything alone.

I asked to speak with a manager but was told they refused to come out. I then called the restaurant and was informed the manager was on another call. I left my phone number but never received a call back.

When we arrived home, the food was completely cold. The steaks were overcooked, the mac & cheese noodles were crunchy and undercooked, and the sauce was cold. The quality of the meal was unacceptable, especially considering the total was $130.

After calling again to follow up, I was told by a hostess to stop calling. I have since reached out to corporate multiple times. The only response I’ve received is a single email offering a $50 gift card — which does not come close to covering the cost of the meal or addressing the poor experience.

I have requested multiple times to be contacted directly by someone from corporate to properly resolve this matter, and to date, I have received no further response.

I would appreciate a timely and respectful resolution, including a full refund for the meal. Please contact me directly.

This was the best experience we have ever had at a Longhorns restaurant. The server was quick, polite and knowledgeable. Made great recommendations. But the food was the star of the show. It was melt-in-your mouth delicious. We could not help but overeat and almost made ourselves sick. Because it was just so good, but there was so much of it we just couldn't. To-go box for the win. The only downside was the restroom. The floors were super slippery and there was a dead water bug on the floor, which they had clearly just mopped around. The lady in front of me almost slipped and fell. There was also half of a loaf of bread on the floor near our table that no one got up. If they would have cleaned up a little better, I would have given this a perfect rating.

Our family came to honor my youngest grandson. He was killed in a motorcycle accident. We were honoring his 20th birthday. Our server was awesome but I can't remember her name. She had long blonde hair and was very nice. We were gonna get a piece of cake or something for dessert and everyone take a birthday bite but sadly we forgot. We were all emotional.
