Marco's Pizza

I love the customer service at this restaurant. Everyone is so nice and the food is always on point. I would definitely recommend this Marco's to anyone wanting a great pizza with a welcoming atmosphere.

We had pizza and cheesy bread delivered last night and they already barely put any cheese on their stuff so we pay for extra cheese and one of our pizzas had literally no cheese whatsoever on half of it. The other pizza and cheesy bread didn’t appear to have extra cheese either. I also paid for extra sauce because what is cheesy bread without marinara and the tiny cup that comes with it isn’t enough and we received no marinara whatsoever not the ones that come with it not the ones I paid extra for. I called the store to ask about my marinara because the cheesy bread isn’t good without it and the manager said he would send someone to bring our sauce and no one ever came. I feel this was highly unprofessional. Everything is too expensive to not get what you paid for and to be ripped off.

Why a delivery fee when that fee should go to driver as tip?

I’ve been ordering from this location for 5+ years. Never once has the food or service been less than 5 stars. Jaimie has ALWAYS been amazing. Such a sweet woman with the brightest smile and best of service. If only EVERY store had people like her. True southern hospitality with a beautiful smile. She’s the reason we keep choosing Marcos. She needs a raise and her own store. She delivers the best service with lightening speed.

There's typically a longer than estimated wait on Fridays or Saturdays but that is to be expected. Service was friendly and the dining area is clean.

Will never come back to another Marcos again, I came here recently to place a carryout order, the manager was going to take my order, I went to the marcos.com site because I could get deals online, she walked away and never came back, I stood at the counter for 15 minutes and no one took my order, this is why I'll never trust any Marcos again, this place lost a sale due to their stupidity

I want to take the time to let everyone know that this location has been under new management the last year and she is doing a WONDERFUL job.
Tharon Gray takes the time to make sure every single detail is taken care of.
This place is one of the cleanest and most friendly places in this whole area.

This past Saturday we ordered two pizzas . When I picked them up I decided to check them before leaving. They were not made to order. The store manager ( I'm guessing )had my pizza order remade and also gave me the two others as well. Thanks
