They always close early so I could never try their pizza. One night I came at 9:30pm and the door was locked and The sign clears reads open until 11pm. I called the store to ask what was going on and the employee there was VERY rude and refused to serve me. I called again to ask for the corporate number since I highly doubt they would approve of closing 2 hours earlier then advised and he again was very rude and hung up on me, if the pizza tastes the same as his attitude and behavior, I'd never eat here.

Awesome customer service. One part of my order was wrong but they realized it before giving me the food. The guy told me it was going to be four more minutes. He was very straightforward and courteous. I didn’t mind waiting with the how he acted. The food was delicious.

Jeremy was amazing and keeps everything running so well. Lisa is making best salad ever. This place has the best staff, and they really care about what they do for their jobs. These owners are lucky to have this kind of staff . I have never seen one of the employees not go above and beyond. You guys rock!

I don't normally leave reviews but this was an exception to the review. I know it was fast food, but my wife is an immigrant, from England. She's been so out of sorts and homesick but the people there instantly out her at ease. The staff was clever, funny, and most importantly they were kind. Their supervisor was especially polite. Justin, I think she said his name was.
Good group of young people up there, hard working. Definitely a good reflection on who's training them up there.
Tonight we ordered delivery from the Newman road location in Carrollton 30117. The food was great, but what stood out even more was the friendliness and kindness of the assistant manager Jeremy Taylor taking my order, and the professionalism of our driver Nanual Baroni. They were both so great I had to call back to ask for their names! Great job Marco's! Made me feel at home. Great food, great people! ( And speedy! )

I came to this Marcos headed home from a baseball tournament the service was absolutely phenomenal Justin was absolutely awesome friendly and helpful but what I really want to complain about is these people working in this place with no air it’s absolutely miserable in there all the employees are sweating they absolutely deserve to have air as they have all this business and the ovens make it even hotter. Please fix the air the employees deserve it!!!!
