I came to this Marcos headed home from a baseball tournament the service was absolutely phenomenal Justin was absolutely awesome friendly and helpful but what I really want to complain about is these people working in this place with no air it’s absolutely miserable in there all the employees are sweating they absolutely deserve to have air as they have all this business and the ovens make it even hotter. Please fix the air the employees deserve it!!!!

I ordered a 10 piece and a 15 piece lemon pepper wings all flats, but when I got home it had drums and flats. When I called back they stated that they were out of flats, but noone gave me the option to decline the ordered because they did not have what I wanted, so instead of a 10 I had a 5 piece and instead of a 15 piece I ended up with a 6 piece. I do not like the drums. I would have declined the order a I would have went somewhere else.

Waited at the pick-up window for 5 minutes and not one person came up, there were no customers on the inside. I had to go in, and I saw an employee sitting right beside the pick-up window playing on her phone. The manager said the bell was broken to let them know someone was there. But wouldn't the employee that's sitting there playing on her phone be responsible for that? She denied that she was, but she could have been vaping. But that might be a health code violation being so close to the kitchen. Food was good though. Customer service, non existent.

I did an order on 12/21. I ate part of the cheese bread. I was about to finish it but found hair cooked in the cheese. I spoke to Jeremy who agreed to redo the order. I picked it up and got home. It was burnt. I called and complained about it. He disconnected the phone. Poor response to an offer. I prefer not to have a redo of an order. Thanks anyway for your customer service.
