If I could give a negative review I would. Service here is aweful. Many times ive came here and and felt the frustration of being ignored by the staff. They seem to always have an attitute for some reason. I stood up st the counter trying to get someones attention just to get ketchup and my order fixed. They would just take a look at me and just keep doing what there doing. Not even asking if i needed anything. I almost took it apon myself to go back there and get it myself.

10/10 would not recommend this mcdonalds anymore until they get straightend out.

I have never in my many times of coming here received the correct order first time. Assuming I received an order within 25 minutes of getting there, which is unlikely. The employees are usually polite though, most likely not their fault.

I don't use this lightly when I say thi is the worst McDonald's. I will go for like 2-3 things and have to wait over 5-10 minutes. Mind you everytime I wait there is a line of cars that get their orders with ease. I don't even get anything complicated just a mcchicken or a burger. I hate come here because literally everytime.

Terrible service. Didn’t mix up my mcflurry. And when I asked them to mix it up they took it back and didn’t mix it up anyway near what a normal McFlurry should be mixed. So I then had to ask for a spoon and hand mix it myself.

Crazy experience at this particular location that I felt compelled to complain about. We arrived at the drive through at 7:30 pm with no one else in line. We waited to be greeted by someone but got no response. Another car drove up in the other drive through and I could hear them ordering and watched them drive up to the window to pay. I was thinking that due to my hearing loss that I may have an issue hearing out of this particular speaker but since the sign says if you have a hard time hearing pull up to the window to order, so that's what we did. Now, by the time we got to the actual window it's 7:50pm and there are cars behind us. I told the young woman what I wanted to order and her reply was sorry I can't take orders at the window, you need to get back in line and order at the window. I tried to explain to her that I did that, and I'm hearing impaired but she told me to get back in line. I had to get a manager involved to get me the Coke I came for which was ridiculous. And guess what, the manager took my order at the window along with my payment. I also placed a call with the corporate number listed on the window of the McDonald's 256-435-6527 and who ever I talked to said I'd hear back from a supervisor but never did. 5 days later and I'm still waiting....

everytime i come in this mcdonalds somebody ALWAYS has an attitude. If you didnt wanna go to work then dont go! plenty of folks out here willing to go to work w no attitude. I get folks be having bad days but damn EVERY TIME?

Worst McDonald’s experience EVER!! You have wait at the speaker for long wait times only to be told to “pull up” after you pay for your food so you don’t run up their drive thru time. Then you have to wait more long wait times for your food. Someone needs to come in and whip this place into shape. It’s called fast food for a reason. This is most definitely not fast food. There is no customer service from any employee at this McDonald’s. It’s mediocre food and lower than mediocre customer service. I was waiting for a total of 10 minutes…unacceptable.

Me and My Fiance went through the drive-through to get a milkshake, 2 cookies and a Cheeseburger and this woman says in the rudest tone hold on hon, and she laughed about it, we drove away right after. I don’t know who she thinks she is talking to people like that, not to mention we waited a long time at the drive through.

This might actually be the worst McDonalds I’ve been to the woman with red hair was being extremely rude to not just me but customers behind me also and the way she treats the employees there was awful I feel bad for the workers.

Every time I go to this location which is at least 3-5 times a week….no matter what time of day or night we have to wait for our food. They have multiple cars pull up and your order is brought out to you after a 10-15 minute wait. Sometimes they come to the car with the wrong order After waiting every time the food and the fries are not hot. Waiting for nothing but cold food and a dry apology. Please get some much needed help to this location ASAP!!!

Drive through was horrible. I online ordered. The line took 20+ minutes and when i tried to change my order to a counter pick-up, they locked the front door 20 minutes before close.
