Definitely the slowest. #9 and 2 pies $16 ok then tell me were waiting on your cheeseburgers. Really the #1 that McDonald's is known for. Pull up 15 mins later bring me my food and tell me its gonna be a little longer for the pies. Nobody is in front of me in line this entire time. Food is so cold I had to throw my fries out the window. And I guess someone at the store got free pies cause im done with this trash dump. They need to away with this location because its never gotten better.

I've had multiple negative experiences at this McDonald's location. About a month ago, I found a hair in my fries. When I asked for a full refund (as the entire meal felt contaminated), I was only given a partial refund. Yesterday, I tried again. I ordered a McDouble (no pickle) and a McChicken. After a 15-minute wait, I received the wrong order: two McDoubles with pickles. The restaurant doesn't answer the phone, making it impossible to resolve issues quickly. I'm very disappointed with the service and the repeated mistakes by the night time manager with red hair. ( I’ve also worked for McDonald’s and I can tell you that lady has no business running a shift)

This by far is the slowest McDonald's in Carrollton. I went by there on a evening when they weren't even busy and I had to wait 25 minutes for a very simple two item order. This location has always been slow though. I will say they were very polite though. Seems to be a management issue, as in not enough staff.

You’d think that the McDonald’s on a college campus would be way faster, but it’s consistently the slowest! I’ve given this place a 20 minute buffer when I had to be somewhere. I still had to be parked for a SINGLE MCCHICKEN!

I had a mobile order, sat in the drive through for 10 minutes, once they opened the 2nd drive through they then began taking the order that was after mine, now having to sit in this drive through even longer. Get it together McDonald's, if your going to pay these children grown up money , hold them accountable to do their jobs properly

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Kept me waiting for 20 minutes with zero acknowledgment. Walked out & took a loss with zero food. I’m sure if I would waited for my order they would’ve gotten it wrong since they’re grossly incompetent here. Will never be back.
