The staff here is so nice! The food tasted very good. They have a cool light up table that my family enjoyed! If you like good service, this is the place! The staff forgot my bacon, but they were super nice about it!

I eat at this mcdonalds often because it is the closest to work. I get pulled up in the drive thru about 8 out of 10 times. I understand it gets busy sometimes but it shouldn't be a wait everytime, no matter what you order. I would seriously consider picking a different location if it's an option. They have about made me just choose another restaurant.

I ordered a small coffee at the drive through today. AFTER they took my money I was told the coffee was brewing and I should wait across the lot at pick up spot #2 for it to be brought out to me. I had a good view of the pick up window while I waited. Over the next several minutes I saw multiple cars being handed coffee with their breakfast orders. So I just got back in line ordered and PAID for ANOTHER coffee. Which I promptly received my 2nd time through.

This is definitely the best McDonald's to come to if your in Carrollton. I drive past the ones on Maple St, South Park St and Bankhead all the time just to come here. The employees here show they actually care about there customers and they take pride in having good service. The food is usually always exactly what you ordered. There pretty fast even at the lunch and dinner rush. The drive through seems to operate pretty smooth as well but I prefer to go in just because the employees are just that nice and well mannered. I highly recommend this place to everyone,they set the bar high for the McDonald's franchise in the area.

I don't know why it takes 15 minutes in the drive thru after ordering for 3 of the simplest breakfast sandwiches and a black coffee, but that's not the primary issue. The egg of my sandwich was broken and strewn about in the bag as they put zero effort into wrapping the sandwich. Also there was a random chunk of biscuit in the bag and I didn't even order a biscuit. Disorganized and unsatisfactory.

Nice friendly staff, they appear to be kinda maxed out understaffed for the lunch rush. I usually hit them at the morning or off hours. Usually get my order 100% unlike some others that miss the sauce or jelly or something they are pretty darn accurate and will make corrections quickly if needed.
