I ordered a pizza and I showed up and didn't get my pizza because they never cooked it. It was 10:30 . Then they left me on hold for 18 minutes just so they could say they were closed. I just wanted to eat something before work 3rd shift. They were rude and nasty. I will never forget this. I would like the manager to call me.

Placed order online 14 min till ready, arrive at the location order comes out about 2 min late no biggie, except missing food from my order, I go in and it is not cooked so now I have to wait another 7 min in my car other food getting cold. Not very happy!

Pizza looked and tasted great. Cinnasticks were the best I’ve had from this location. Hot and fresh.
This is not the first time. Pizza was ordered, ready in 10-15 minutes.. Went to pick up it’s been about an hour ( you would think it’s ready) get there and it’s not been made. The lady said it would be another 10-15 minutes. So now it’s been over an hour and a half, the pizza is still not ready. Truly this Pizza Hut is utterly ridiculous, this is maybe the 3rd time this has happened to us, not sure what is going on in that building but making pizza is not it! We will NOT be returning to this Pizza Hut nor any Pizza Hut. Taking our business elsewhere.Parking: Just looks run down.

Went in an ordered Cheese sticks. Was there almost an hour. When I did finally get the order it was garlic sticks. Had to wait longer. When I got the order and got home it was bread sticks. NO CHEESE ! I WILL NEVER, AND I MEAN NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN !!!!!!
On top of 30 minutes late it’s cold and barely thicker than a sheet of paper even though it’s the stuffed crust, glad I paid the extra to enjoy part of the order. Definitely ordered from the wrong Pizza Hut. Thanks for the attempt I guess. Coulda been worse, doesn’t make it great.

I placed an order for delivery and didn’t receive all of the items I ordered. I didn’t bother to call and complain but I did complete a survey, the store called me apologized and offered a $20 credit. I call less than 2 hours later to use the credit and it’s not showing up under my phone number like I was told it would and it’s for $10 not $20.They can keep it. It takes forever to receive the food when ordering delivery.

DO NOT order from this location! We haven't in a long time (after waiting almost 3 hours last time still no pizza) and decided to try again. Never will again! They didn't bring half our order and he said he would go back and get it....guess what? Still no food. Don't bother trying to call they don't answer you are transferred to the store by the call center then hung up on after being on hold for 10 minutes.

I would complain on the app but it crashes when you click “contact us” I tried complaining on your web site but the complaint form freezes when you try to locate the store. Pizza was supposed to be here at 6:50 pm, it’s now 8:30, the store told me the driver was busy and then hung up before I could verify they even sent it out for delivery. I just want my money back at this point, infuriating.Edit: it’s 10:00 pm now, no pizza and no response from the restaurant.2nd edit: it’s 3 days later, never received the pizza, never heard a word from this Pizza Hut and had to request a stop payment from my bank. Unbelievable this place is still in business operating like this.
