Great brewery, always changing things up! It seems every time I go there’s something new, with new beers and food, or new seating etc. I love the outdoor area and hops, with all the nice green space they have it’s a real nice place just to hang out and sample some of the best beers around.

The food here is delicious. The tomato bisque soup with the grilled cheese is a great comfort food entree. The smash burgers are an all time favorite for us. Great place to a delicious craft beer and some phenomenal fresh food..!!

Playing the tourist in our old home town of Carrollton Georgia. Tonight we enjoyed a flight and a pint at Printers Ale. This huge facility has a cozy and hip tasting room to sample the brews created there. We ordered a flight but ended up choosing totally different beers for the pint. Some crisp and delicious steak fries and a monster shared pretezel with mustard sauces went well with the beer. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Visited this brewery on a weekend and the outside area is so nice. Everyone enjoyed their food and beers. The staff was very nice and everyone had a great time. We will be coming back

We had the best time!!!! Chef Adam prepared the MOST AMAZING AND DELICIOUS FOOD!!! Oh my goodness!!! I could barely walk when I left and it wasn’t from the beer lol.. it was because I was so full from the amazing food!! The beer list was so long, it took me over 10 minutes to make a choice. The facility is absolutely beautiful inside and out! We sat in a most wonderfully comfortable booth and watched the Alabama game.. ROLL TIDE!!!.. and it was just perfect for a dreary, rainy Saturday.

I can’t wait to go back in October for Oktoberfest specials on food, games and events all month long!! Next time we hope to be able to hang outside in the beautiful beer garden and play some frisbee golf or listen to live music! It’s a wonderful hidden gem in Carrollton and I highly recommend you check it out!!! Tell Chef Adam hi and how much you LOVE his amazing food creations!! Just a wonderful place!! ???

What an absolutely delightful find! Very cool varied outdoor space. Quiet. Very good beer done nicely to style. Good food at a reasonable price. Friendly service. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Quality brewery! Visited right after opening, so it was pretty dead at the beginning but it filled up quickly. Ordered 3 1/2 beers while here; a hefeweizen, hazy IPA, barleywine, and half a märzen. Everything was tasty for its style with the barleywine being the standout. So few breweries produce barleywines, so it’s very appreciated they make one. I also ordered a ‘classic smash’ burger with tots (normally comes with fries) and it was very tasty. You give them your phone number, and get a text when it’s ready; also expect to bus your own table. The space itself is lovely with plenty of seating options both inside and out, and the bartender was friendly. Good taplist with a variety of options. Definitely worth checking out!

Never a bad time at Printer's! We've been visiting for years and always have a great experience. The beer is great and there's something for everyone. The food is some of the best food in Carrollton (and that is saying something). Shelly and the crew at the bar are awesome and treat everyone like friends, from the regulars to the kids drinking cream soda.

Came for Friday night dinner to try out their restaurant. Anticipating typical barfood, far from it!! Had fish & chips and the pretzel. Very good and the best pretzel I have ever had! Saw other plates.
Burger and tots looked really good too. Highly recommend it if you haven't tried it yet.

Have been visiting since their opening day and the beer has gotten better with time. Not afraid to experiment and try different things, they don't always work for me, but they are all done well.

The food has been to notch every time I've eaten there. Chef Adam's choices have played wonderfully well with the beer.

The food is top notch! Best burger and fries in Carrollton. even the ketchup has been modified in a great way. There is a real chef in the kitchen here working magic. Oh, and don't forget the beer, always amazing!
