This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve been to. The window blinds had a solid layer of dust along with the over table light shades. Our table and booth seats had food/crumbs all over them. Many of the booths are torn apart and should be replaced. The legs of chairs next to us had a layer of dust/dirt and food chunks on them. My “deconstructed kabobs” look nothing like the photo. Called at 9:35pm to ask if my Husband could come and purchase a to go salad from the salad bar. The person I spoke to, I think the name was Axle, said that he could go to the end of the bar to pay and they’d give him a to go box for his salad. We literally live 2 minutes from the restaurant so my Husband got there within 5 minutes and when he got there the entire salad bar was completely cleared off. they kept changing their prices. did it by 3 different employees. I complained and Tlyer, the GM, called the police to arrest me when all along it was their bs. Of course the police could do nothing cause I didn't walk out with paying. They advertise $6.99 for the garden bar, charged me $7.99 and charged other parties full price, $13.99---BE AWARE

Ruby Tuesday in Carrollton offers a friendly experience with good service. Lexi is a wonderful server who is attentive, helpful, and always provides service with a smile. She has served guests multiple times and is highly appreciated. The manager Lindsey is very sweet and polite, greeting guests warmly and helping them with the menu, including recommending the salad bar. Danielle, another excellent server and bartender, consistently provides the best service, ensuring that food is delicious and served promptly. While some seats are in poor condition and windows are broken, the food and service remain good, making it a pleasant dining option despite the need for renovations.
