My Uber eats driver was running behind and the restaurant closed before the driver was able to get up there to pick up my order. The manager of Shane's rib shack, Dee, called to notify me of this, but opted to stay late to ensure that the driver was able to pick up my order for me. Going above and beyond to keep my order safe and fresh. Excellent customer service!!!!!

Our first time. We ordered togo. The young man at the counter was kind and attentive. Everything tasted so good. We had the ribs and pulled pork family meal with Brunswick stew and coleslaw. I was in uniform and without making a deal they added me a discount. Which I appreciate cause I will not ask. Made for a all around great first time experience. Ribs where fall off the bone. We will definitely be returning
