Sprinkles Donuts & Coffee Carrollton

Absolutely delicious doughnuts and exceptional customer service. Contacted me after hours to make sure they had the order correct and gave me some suggestions. I will be making another order soon!

Before I tried Sprinkles Donuts I only liked Publix donuts because. The first time that I tried Sprinkles Donuts I was hooked. They are the best donuts I've ever had!!! I absolutely LOVE them!!!

Everything is delicious and special orders are on point!

Bagels are fantastic and the variety of donut flavours will keep you wanting more

The donuts are great! But if they aren’t marked don’t assume they are what they may appear to be. Chocolate donuts are not chocolate, just brown vanilla with chocolate icing. If you want a jelly donut be very specific and double check or they’ll just grab any filled donut. Avoid the coffee, it’s not worth it. Seriously. Absolutely don’t get a “latte” because it’s a single burnt shot with warm milk and truly sickening amounts of sweetener that will take an extra 20 minutes even if they aren’t busy. Grab a donut a run.

I placed an order for a birthday donut for my 3 year old grandson who lives out of town, Sprinkles is his favorite place to go when he comes to our house to visit. I went into the store placed a special order for a big donut with dinosaurs to be picked up Today Sept 6th at 2pm. The clerk even called to confirm that they could do dinosaurs, I rushed home from vacation to pick up his donut for his Birthday today and nothing. No order, no donut, spoke with the owner but really it was WAY to late for them to "make" it right. I needed the special birthday donut today Sept 6th, not the 7th or 8th. Needless to say I went to another store got him a donut and he is happy. Me, I'm a little less that satisfied with Sprinkles service at this point and it is a sad thing because I live less than half a mile from the Carrollton store. I will be buying my donuts and bagels some where else!

I was at the court house dropping off papers. Decided to grab a quick bite afterwards. Went to sprinkles I saw on their Facebook they were now selling bagels. I ordered a jalapeño bagel with egg, cheese and sausage. I asked for my egg to be seasoned. All thought it was cooked to order and was served hot. It was quite lacking any seasoning. The bangles I know they don’t make them but was disappointed in the jalapeño I expected a little heat and flavor from that also. I also ordered a barbarian cream doughnut. The shell part was very good but there is a huge difference in Bavarian cream and pudding. For spending over $10. I was left disappointed.

Something is still a little off!!

Arrived shortly after opening. Staff person was bubbly and kind. I received made to order donuts on the spot as they were just opening for the day. DELICIOUS. And big kudos to the staff member who was kind to me and my special needs son.

I LOVE THESE DONUTS. Their Bavarian cream donuts blow Dunkin's Boston cream so out of the water it's laughable. I have gladly and happily sampled many of the other donuts as well and they are all delicious. This is quality I'm willing to pay for.

Some of the staff is a little green but that doesn't compromise on their friendliness. They are hiring good people who are a pleasure to interact with.

The outside vibe is spectacular, love the flower boxes. The inside vibe is little...blue light and tall ceilings. It's giving "why am I getting donuts from the hospital." My suggestion is to fill send with the cute flowers from outside!
