I've never had an issue with store but today while going thru the drive I was told at the window while picking up my drink that I needed to understand their mobile drive policy and I need to wait 15min. I've always ordered mobile and never been told this! Never told this by many different locations nor has this location told me this in the past year I've been ordering from them. I've always been Greeted with nothing but professionalism but today I was shocked! Then when I called the store to say something the supervisor acted like this was normal for employees to say this but over the past years nobody in this store told me the policy nor has any other locations! Learn to speak to customers and maybe telling someone a policy should be told when I first pull up or when placed the order online because I'm told it's 4-6 min! Also what is different then pulling up ordering vs mobile you still have to make drinks or food!

I have never been to a fast food place where the worker complains about the way that I order things. Refusing to hand me something because I didn’t order it the way he wished. Also a bad look on the higher ups for having one employee work both the drive thru and the counter, all while preparing everyone’s orders. Disappointing.
I got my free coffee as advertised but I was not expecting to pay as much as I did I know I bought a cake pop and a matcha latte for my daughter but I'm always surprised by how expensive they are!
Half whipcream!!!! Frappé was about 3inch deep!!

I used to frequent this Starbucks often, especially during a period when I was seeking employment. The change in atmosphere helped me focus, and I would spend hours here completing assessments. However, over time, I began noticing unsettling behavior (police decoys) that has made me reconsider returning.
On my visit on 1/6/2025 at approximately 4:17 PM, I observed what appeared to be unnecessary scrutiny directed toward me. Lucas emerged from the counter, stood at the table behind me while I was ordering, and seemed to signal another employee. Shortly after, Chrissy came from the back, and the two proceeded to conduct what seemed like a targeted bathroom sweep. This behavior felt intrusive and disrespectful, as if they were acting on baseless assumptions.
It’s disheartening to experience this kind of treatment, especially since I’ve never committed any crime or given reason for such suspicion. I’ve also had previous experiences of harassment in other contexts (including the decoys almost murdering my children in a deliberate hit and run Dec 12, 2022), which makes these incidents all the more troubling. ** & 4 months before my kids on Aug 17th, 2022, they tried to kill me as well on HWY78, but God is always my co-pilot. I swerved when I saw him coming full speed and he crashed into the car in front of me. Remember? The other vehicles that were w/ the driver of the Infiniti that crashed; stopped, grabbed his communication device, & sped off. While the black Benz SUV w/the Education decal followed**, compelling evidence. I took her to the hospital b/c the officer refused to call the ambulance & you guys settled w/ her out of court. Remember her? How about the Douglasville officer who drove up to the back of my car in the same manner, & threatened to damage my windows if I didn't disconnect my call from 911 b/c I was requesting a Sup b/c he was so hostile? And I asked him 'to make sure he was recording' and asked 'so are you guys going so Sonya Massey me because I called 911 to report street racing on I20 that almost hit my car twice while leaving work' and he apologized and let me go!!! No, the 6'3 200+lb officer who body-slammed my daughter on 12/24th, placed his knee in her back; while holding a taser on her head as she screamed, "I can't breathe" all on video and the cops tried to edit the video to get a conviction with Public Defenders and I fought it, until it was thrown out and because the paid Attorney received the unedited version with the facts. Remember the hospital security statement "the officer was attempting to take the student out of the hospital ALONE and denied her request for a female escort as she displayed a panic attack and refusal to leave with that officer ALONE...... All because she was trying to retrieve her dormmate's cat from the 2nd floor. She's 4'11 146lbs, claiming you felt threatened because she refused to listen. I can go on and on. Then you go to the places I frequent and work, spreading false statements about my character to fit your narrative and justify your corruption. I am unable to retain steady employment because of this. Everything you're doing to my family will not go unanswered—God will hold you accountable! I had to contact my friend in McLean, VA for help because of your disadvantage, GANGS W/BADGES!
Due to this experience, I’ve decided to join the boycott against Starbucks. I hope this feedback encourages the company to reflect on how they train employees to interact with customers and address implicit biases. Thank you, Lucas and Chrissy, for making it clear where I stand as a customer. So sad, Ms. Jennifer is such a sweetheart and an amazing leader. Your employees should never get involved!!!
UPDATE: And because the message was delivered—whatever blood my kids lost that night when you almost took their lives, I want it back twice over. So when you’re digging my grave, make sure there’s one for everyone involved. Nex

Neither coffee was made correctly. Tasted like crap. For expensive as it is it should always be correct

Second time in a week I've come here and had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through with not even 3 cars ahead of me... If you're in a hurry or want your items in a timely fashion do not go to this location.

Conner was very rude and slammed the drive thru window in our face and said he did not have time. when we told him that our 6 year old wanted to tell him something, which was thank you for his cake pop. Do better.

It's always slow and the people are visibly overworked. So... classic Starbucks experience, I guess.
I did not rate the food-- I'm always picking up my wife's order.
They have made a big mistake on an order when I did not have time for a big mistake.
I thought the thing about Starbucks employees getting your name wrong every time was a joke, but it's happened to me every time unless I had my work badge on.
