Charged a 1.50 for extra sweet cream and they don’t even add it. I asked for a side of it at window and they gave me cold foam.
Edit: now closed and didn’t put sign at drive thru speaker and left signs on.

I have never had the famous Pumpkin Spice Latte, so I treated myself to one this morning. It was very disappointing with barely any pumpkin spice flavor. I just don't understand the hype.

***Update to respond to Starbucks comment: I’m glad an employee would be happy to remake a drink that should not have to be remade if it was made correctly the first time, which is why you train people, correct? So go back and read my comment, I, like most Americans, was on my way to work, my job is just a block away, but once at work, I can’t leave to get the mistake corrected, I’m just stuck with a half made coffee that I paid full price for, and this is the best you can come up with? I’m sure you will do fine without my business. Looking at the ratings for this location, hopefully the business here completely dies and you lose the location!!!***
Is this what your location serves as a Venti Caramel Macchiato? Maybe 2/3 of a cup including froth? I thought it felt a bit light, so when I got to work, I pulled the lid, and this is what I have. If I hadn’t worked as a barista years ago in my college days, I’d be as clueless as the next customer when it comes to more than just a black cup of coffee. Starbucks standard is 2/3 liquid and 1/3 froth for a full cup.

I usually go to this Starbucks location because even though they get crowded, the service is ALWAYS the best!! JD was very bubbly and sweet over the speaker but even more when I got up to the window! He was very personable and calm, even though they were busy!!!!

The coffee is obviously always overpriced. But the staff is amazing. They treat me like i'm important. They make my drink when I pull into the parking lot. Very energetic and enthusiastic crew. But I swear if Tom burns my bagel one more time ....

Slow service with rude employees. I was extremely patient and never said a word about how long the order was taking. I just kind looked around at the cups and stuff while I waited. Guy behind the counter was extremely rude to not only me but other customers. I picked up a cup to look at the bottom for the price & I’m guessing my hand touched the straw bc he then rudely said ā€œ don’t put that back on the shelf now hand it hereā€ I was in shock. I literally just picked up the cup to see the price. I got my order & left. This place is not where you want to go to enjoy a coffee or other bev.

I arrived at the store 45 minutes after placing my order through mobile for pickup, waited another 15 minutes in the store only to be told that my order must have been picked up by someone else when they couldn’t find it in their system. I understand being backed up and running a little behind, but being over an hour behind on orders is unacceptable. Not to mention the horrible lack of customer service. This store clearly needs new management.

Just waited 45 minutes for our coffees! Had a majorly backed up drive-through line so went inside— only to find 15 people waiting for drinks and a pile of mobile orders on the counter. Staff is way too slow. Need to hire quicker workers. They had 5 people working but half seemed to be ā€œsweeping the floorā€ instead of churning out coffee like other successful store fronts do.

40 minutes in a drive thru is ENTIRELY too long, especially when their was only one car between me & the speaker. This happens EVERY time I come through here. I should have known better because once you’re in line you’re stuck. Absolutely ruined any evening plans I had. I am STILL sitting here.
