I came through the drive thru with a mobile order today 3/26/2024 around 4:15 pm and the cashier working the window was a breath of fresh air! I did not catch her name but she stated they were out of a few items I ordered and she went above and beyond to accommodate the inconvenience and made my day. Thank you Carrollton Starbucks!

Stop playing, Starbucks. This isn't to the employees. This is for CORPORATE. Stop playing. Why did I purchase a piece of the banana walnut pecan loaf with only 5 nuts on it? We have all seen the piece in the display case just running over and loaded with nuts. But the actual piece you get? C'mon, now! It's supposed to have TWO different types of nuts on it and I got 5. You got me messed up. This is why I make my own banana nut bread at home. Had it not been for a gifted gift card, I wouldn't have even bothered. The 3 Star rating for service and atmosphere is because I wasn't greeted or acknowledged when I walked in the door.

I ordered ahead, grabbed my drink & was looking for a sleeve but they were out on the floor. I was heading out the door & an employee had noticed and asked if they could grab me one while they restocked. It was one of those little things that just makes you feel seen and like they’re paying attention and care. Yes, this is admitting they weren’t perfectly stocked, but good on them for seeing an opportunity to be nice and taking care of it.

The cashier was able to process people thru quickly. However, taking 24 minutes to get one hot cappuccino is ridiculous. Also, none of the workers are smiling. The music is playing terribly loud to the point of not being able to hear the person calling the names of drinks.

This is the worst Starbucks location that I have EVER been to! Mobile orders always take well over 15 minutes than the estimated ready time. I had a recent mobile order for an iced cinnamon dolce latte with almond milk and cinnamon sweet cream cold foam and they prepared it hot and the baristas don't acknowledge you when you're at the counter to try to get it fixed and when they "fix" their mistake they remake the drink poorly. Also if you order food, they leave it behind the counter and when you ask them how much longer it will be, they'll say it's ready and then they bring it to the pick up counter and it's cold since it's been sitting out for a period of time. Mobile orders always take so long but the drive thru is even worse! Even if there's only 2 cars in the drive thru, they will manage to make you wait 30 minutes every time, never fails. They need some SERIOUS help. This Starbucks store is truly the worst and the previous reviews speak for itself.

The wait time is ALWAYS long. Too long for just one drink. It's possible the staff either lacks proper training or a sense of urgency. Something needs to be fixed!

They have lots of improvements to make to their service. The drive thru is so slow and they are always missing ingredients for the Caramel Ribbon Crunch but will not hesitate to charge you full price for it. By the time you get to the window, the half made, but full priced drink is now half sized because it has melted waiting in the long line. If they have the ingredients, its made incorrectly, and has only a dollop of whipped cream on top. It is a rare occurrence to have this drink made correctly and gotten in a timely manner. The only times it has been right mostly is when the girl with the long braids and the guy with the sponge curls made it. I also I love Tom at the window. Besides those two compliments, the experience for the most part is trash.

Every time I go to this Starbucks the wait is insanely long and it’s really no busier than Douglasville or Villa Rica. To make matters worse, they are stingy with the flavoring. Even when I order extra it’s as if they’ve barely added anything. The employees are nice enough, but my drink is NEVER right. I don’t know what the issue is here, but I’ve officially sworn off this location. It’s a waste of time and money.
