Literally the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. And I work in customer service so I’m always extra nice. They don’t even speak to you and are so rude like you’re bothering them or something.

I went in twice since it’s inside the library and the employees were rude both times NEVER GOING BACK! I checked the uwg website and it says they close at 7 but I went in on a Tuesday at 6:30 and they told me they were closed. I don’t understand what’s wrong with the employees attitude and the hours of operation

I come to this establishment maybe once a week. I order the same drink every time. Every time, they make me an entirely different drink from the last one I received. The level of inconsistency is simply unacceptable for the prices that they charge. Train your "baristas" better! If there were another option for coffee on campus, I would never set foot in this place.

Good service, and it's at a very convenient location. It seems like some of the drinks are made with deviations from the drink menu- the chai latte in particular always lacks flavor, like it's watered down. This is the only location where I've experienced this.

Long line at the drive through at 7 am. By the time I arrived at the cashier window, my coffee was cold and handed to me that way. But, my egg bites were hot, delicious and perfectly prepared.

Whenever i come here they're always out of hot dogs. The barista says that they don't even sell hot dogs. But I'm like you can smell the dogs being cooked as soon as you open the doors to this place. What gives? I bet they don't even have gluten free buns.
